Our golden retriever cut her foot today and we took her to Magnolia. It was an GREAT experience! Even late on a Saturday they were friendly, fast, and incredibly caring! Very reasonable for an after hours emergency care and didn't nickel

So glad we found this place! We are from out of town and were camping nearby in Seneca on Labor Day weekend. Our labrador was suffering from a UTI. Didn't know where to take her for treatment. Found this place on internet and was

During the 3 years my cat had terminal cancer, Magnolia was with me every step of the way. It was a fatal form of cancer, with a life expectancy of 6 months to 16 months from point of diagnosis. My cat was my "baby before babies," and I

I have witnessed lack of professionalism, compassion, and/or customer service skills at every staff level. Magnolia is fine for emergencies when no one else is open, but I'd try one of the many other offices in the area for routine care. You are more likely to find a staff that genuinely cares for your pets, and values you as a client, elsewhere.

Great clinic! Very helpful and they always put the animals first. I have been going here for 2 years with large dogs that alot of vets do not want to deal with and they treat us great.

I have 3 cats currently, and have owned many other pets over the years. Last year my 5 year old cat developed a serious urinary issue that could have been the end of him. I ended up in the Emergency facility in Anderson several times, but Animal House was in constant communication with them to be sure my kitty was ok. And he eventually had to have surgery, and then turned out to be all ok. They are so incredibly helpful!
I have had to drop in on them in the middle of the night, early morning, during the day, all sorts of time. Every time they have been wonderful to me, but even more wonderful to my kitty. I'm the guest, my kitty is the guest of honor. They also do everything they can to be sure you can afford what your pet needs, which for a college student who really doesn't want to lose her baby that was super important.
They're incredible. My cat hates the car, but as soon as we walked in the door there after his first visit, he would purr and be happy to see all the workers. They all knew him by name, accepted my all hours worried phone calls when he had to be there for 3 days, and were just incredible. I couldn't have asked for more.
The experiences I have had at Animal House and the emergency facility in Anderson are a 180 from Tiger Town and in fact were on par with the best cat facility in Houston, Tx, which is a level of caring and service I never even expected to find here.

They seem to be very helpfull every time I go. I can call in the morning and have my animals seen by the afternoon. They also stay open late a few nights a week. I can drop my cat off in the morning and pick her up after work. They are the best I have found in Anderson.
