I am greatly grieved when I read negative remarks about my church. This is the church where I feel and experience God every time I attend. There are no greater Godly people anywhere in the world and the TRUTH is preached from the pulpit. This is a church concerned about meeting the spiritual needs of everyone and when one disgruntled, misled person, writes negatively it does not sound like the attitude of Christ. I invite everyone to be a part of the love and concern of my church family. Every cent of tithe (that I am grateful to be able to give willingly) is accounted for and used to spread the gospel. Money is tight everywhere but in God's kingdom it is being used to spread the marvelous message of Jesus Christ and I'm proud and honored to be a member of such a church as Trinity Wesleyan!

Carol, I don't have it in for your church, certainly God is working in the hearts and lives of the people in Trinity Wesleyan Church. The wonderful thing about God is that he uses us; a broken, fallen people to work in the lives of others. I believe that I raise valid questions about your church, I'm not trying to hammer it into the ground I'm just sharing with people my experience. You guys do a tremendous job with children ministries, mission trips, etc. I am simply saying that the general attitude of the theology taught is legalistic. Is a legalistic Christian still a Christian? Certainly. John chapter 6, Romans 9, Romans 2, are we to ignore these passages about predestination because they don't fit into the way we think God should operate? I used to be Armenian as well until I realized that who would I rather have lead my lost family members, friends, even myself to Christ, God or myself? Who can resist the will of God? I might fail in explaining the gospel, I might not be a very convincing speaker, should I worry about my inability to convince people Jesus is the way or just love others and preach the gospel through both my actions and words knowing that I myself will not bring these people to Christ, but only God working in their heart can bring them to Christ? As it says in Romans 9, God is the potter, we are the clay, who are we to tell God it is unfair for him to allow some people to go to hell, where we all deserve to go? If you think God is unfair for choosing some for salvation and allowing others to parish you are thinking with the mindset that we all deserve a chance to go to heaven, which is not biblical at all. We are all going to hell, out of sheer grace God choses to save some of us because of his purpose and will. God bless you all

There is a new pastor that is great. The youth group has been wonderful in ministering to my teenager. There is also plenty for my younger kids. They were friendly to us from the beginning. Not because we have money (we're struggling with work) but because they are filled with the spirit of the Lord.

This church is not a church I would recommend going to. It does not have a very christian atmosphere. The members of this church seem to be more concerned with how much money you have and how much you will be giving to the church rather than your spirituality and belief. Going to this church is more like high school rather than a church with the drama and gossip.
