On January 22, 2010, I took my 98 year old diabetic mother to this doctor to have her feet checked and her toenails cut, because of the danger of a sore (cut) on her feet because of diabetes. This doctor cut the end of her toe in the process! and just cleaned it up and put some Neosporin on it. It was very painful for my mother so we returned to have it checked again on Jan. 25 and he still said just put Neosporin on it. It was still very painful and she could not wear her shoe. We went back to Dr. Pike on Feb. 23 because it was not any better and she cut some more off of her toe because she said it was infection under the toenail. After cutting deeper, she could not find anything and gave Mom some stronger cream to rub on it.

Today we took Mom to a real doctor and he said the nerve in Mom's toe had been cut and that is why she is having so much pain.

Please beware that this doctor is very flippant and uncaring about his patients. I asked for an X-ray or something else to be done when I took Mom for the third visit (with Dr. Pike) but they refused.

My mother (still in pain and will be for some time) or anyone else in our family or friends will NOT be going to this office anymore. And I suggest that others beware if they go. After the damage is done, it is too late to change.
