I have to say I love my Z4 and the sales team was great. It was a quick deal with little hassle. I would buy here again,and I will when I get something next year. The service area could be a little more sensitive to the owners needs. They have kept me waiting longer than need be a few times. Overall though I would go again.

I realize that people are only human and mistakes get made from time-to-time, but when they continue to happen, it's a problem. Such is the story of Century BMW and Century Mini. A once great dealership has devolved into Uncle Joe's Used Cars - both in sales and service. Sales tried to swindle me out of hundreds of dollars on a lease turn in for being over the mileage limit when it clearly was not. If I had just turned in the money, I would have given it to them when they were in the wrong. Their service department is equally incapable, as the only thing they are able to perform it seems is routine maintenance. If you have something out of the ordinary happen, then you might want to take your business to Charlotte, Atlanta, or Charleston. I won't be buying a car from here any time soon.

I own two BMW's and going to Century is an adventure each and everytime I have to have work done on our cars. I have taken my wife's car in 6 TIMES for the SAME ISSUE over the course of TWO YEARS and they have yet to fix the issue. 6

They don't even know how to fix the simplest things. Mis-allignment caused me to blow two tires. Constantly bringing the car bak for the same problems, and simple ones, like light bulb failures, took 11 days to replace two bulbs. Small but

Century BMW has one of the best sales staffs you will find anywhere. The people are very friendly and knowledgeable about their product. The atmosphere is very relaxing, and there is never any pressure. They also carry a diverse inventory of vehicles, and provide excellent car maintenance.
