This club in Spartanburg is a club for people very much into metal. This club has previously hosted Slipknot,CKY,Afro man,Nine Inch Nails, Wednesday 13, etc. It is a little run down but the staff are awesome! Very cheap drink prices, and has a pretty good mosh pit. The only drawback is that it is in a high crime area and there have been a couple of shootings and stabbings there.

Ive been going to groundzero for a few years now. not once has there ever been a shooting or stabbing. that is on the other side of town. not where gz is located. its a very laid back anything goes environment the staff and bands are amazing. if you ever just wanna hear good music and drink a few beers groundzero is where you should go.
Pros: Best Hardcore/metal/punk/emo venue around
