Customer Serivce Sucks! We bought a dishwasher there 2 months agoa and are still trying to get our credit and our rebate. Have been given the run around, called severa times, emailed went to the store and still we are ignored. Great at getting your money, but forgotten after that. WILL NOT recommend this store to anyone.

Last year I purchased 5 items from Jeff Lynch. I am happy with one of them. First, my furniture was delivered in a downpour. My sofa took several days to air out b/c it was not covered. The reaction from the store was that I would have to wait 2 wks for a new sofa. This wasn't possible since we had nowhere else to sit. In addition to the first problem w/ the sofa, I have found that the center cushion deflates and you feel as though you're sitting in a hole. I find Lane furniture to be of poor quality it is not holding up even as good as Rooms to Go furniture does. The second problem is that J. Lynch sells you one thing and then delivers another. They sold me one brand of washer and dryer and then gave me something else. They also did this to my mother, so watch out! Finally, the customer service by salespeople seems to only be good before your purchase, after that their helpfulness goes out the window. I could go on about other problems w/ J. Lynch but I think you get the point. I have purchased my furniture elsewhere since this experience and will continue to do so!

We purchased bedroom furniture from Jeff Lynch. When it was delivered there was a small scratch on the bottom of the dresser. Jeff Lynch sent a furniture repair guy to our house and he repaired the scratch. You cannot even tell it was ever there. We appreciate the good service.

Worst store ever to purchase furniture!! First of all we had to wait for 4 months for our couch to arrive from China, and when it was finally here, we noticed that it was defective. Our sales person who had earlier been so friendly turned out to be very rude and un helpful. However,the store has great looking stuff and if you are to shop there, avoid a sales person by the name Jennine Roth!! worst sales person in America. Very dissapointed!!

I wanted to take a few moments this evening to tell you how impressed Chris and I are with the Lynch crew. You have an amazing group! We truly appreciate the care that everyone took while loading the furnishings in today.

The designers are always a delight. Their efforts and dedication shine through always.

The guys were so very nice. They arrived eager to work, and I never saw any of them hesitate to do their job, no matter how heavy the load was. It blew me away at how much they accomplished today. They work together as a team, and that is great to see from such a young group of guys! The Lynch dudes were polite, and funny too, again we were most impressed!!!

We are so thankful to have this opportunity to work with all of the Lynch crew, and we look forward to getting to know all of you better!

I just had a wonderful experience at Jeff Lynch. I was greeted quickly and the salesperson helped me find the washer and dryer to suit my needs. He explained the features thoroughly. He knew a lot more than the salesperson at HH Gregg. Highly recommend.

We bought a 2 drawer dishwasher from Jeff Lynch that lasted 2 weeks past the warrantee.
We ended up getting a replacement after numerous attempts were made to repair that one.
We bought a 4 year extended warrantee on the 2nd dishwasher, and that is good, because we have had to have it repaired several times, and I am preparing to call them again.
I don't think this reflects poorly on Jeff Lynch, but on Kithchenaid.

Poor Customer Service

Do not buy from Jeff Lynch unless you plan on not returning your TV. We were told that there was a 30 day return policy. When we tried to return our Sony 32 in. TV because the speakers had static in them. They would not refund our money. They told us we would have to explain the situation to the owner. The mananger Glenn and salesman Jon were extrememly rude and concescending. Very poor business practices. We are very disappointed!! Better off buying from a store that stands behind their return policy, like Best Buy.

I have always gone to Jeff Lynch for my appliance needs. The sales people there are very nice.After my last experience I will never shop at there store again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.I purchased a very expensive washer and dryer, Everything was great payed it off.Then I went shopping for patio furniture and pool side lounges.I have waited 7 years to buy this set it was perfect,A little more than I wanted to spend but my heart was set on it! It was all down hill from there,They were weeks past delivery date. That I had planned a party around. So my guest for my fathers birthday sat on fold up chairs.Where my furniture finally arrived a chair was brown the set black,there is a cut on the top of one of my side tables,two leg's on two separate pieces are unraveling and so on.. Needless to say it is still not fixed and the response from the owner was (oh there was no response) I spent almost 20,000,00 in one year,I guess that wasn't enough.And they still charged me for delivery 39.00

I was impressed with the selection and the appearance of the store. However, the salesperson who greeted me, Rowdy ( that's the name on his card ), displayed the slimy attitude of a stereotypical used car salesman. He was a poor listener and generally cheesy. I planned on buying an extended warranty with my purchase of a side by side refrigerator and dishwasher. The research I had done showed this style of refrigerator had more repairs- but my wife wanted it. Rowdy displayed the cost of the extended warranty for the items, and it was approximately $300.00 for four years. I tactfully informed him that Lowe's will cover two major appliances for $ 179.00. He stated emphatically that his plan was superior to Lowe's, and there was no room for negotiation. I said,"" okay bye."" \n\nMy next stop was Lowe's. I had a helpful salesperson and bought a refrigerator and dishwasher, which comes with free delivery. Jeff Lynch charges for the delivery. No, I don't work for Lowe's; I work for a local car manufacturer. I will never go to Jeff Lynch again.

I love Jeff Lynch! I have shopped there for lots of years and so did my parents and grandparents. Jeff Lynch was always the best place to shop for appliances and now I go there for furniture, too.
