I bought a time share from Sheraton Broadway Plantation for around $20,000. Yearly maintainance fees are $1100. I booked at Feb. 2011, for a July 16-23 week stay and I was told that my home resort is not available and they keep pushing me to the month of September to use it. I already forfeited 2 days of my timeshare last year because this nightmare of a place do not have days available. Since Myrtle wasnt available at the dates I want for 2010, they put me in Jensen beach Florida which was a good 20 hours travel by car when you are with kids. Timeshares are one of the biggest scams. The more people buy into it, the more crowded it gets and the more difficult to it is to book 7 days out of 365 days in a year. Please be smart and don't let a moneypit like this get you. Is their any legal course that I can use so that I can stop paying the yearly $1100 maintainance fee without the battling a debt collection agency. At this point I do not care anymore about the $20,000 mistake that I flushed to the drain because I was a total moron for entertaining a timeshare sales pitch. We weren't quite prepared for how wonderful this resort is when we arrived for our vacation! You can seriously spend your entire time on this property and have a FABULOUS time! Their pools are amazing as well as the kids water park! Great staff! Great rooms! We can't wait to go back!

This resort is absolutely amazing!! There is no need to even leave the property, or for that matter, leave the pool. There pool is huge and the service is amazing. The ocean is close if you prefer it , as I do, but like the rest of my family if you prefer a calm pool, you can just relax all day. It is clean and the staff is friendly.

When we got married this was the first place we stayed at while driving to down to Hilton Head Island SC. Our wedding night was spent here and it was wonderful. In room hot tub, balony with a fabulous view of "Broadway at the Beach" and a just all around enjoyable time. It was a wonderful room. Price was excellent for the type of room we had. I'd go back there in a heartbeat.
