Office Depot

I went office depot to get my cards cut. These were invitation cards that I printed using photo quality ink on the 110 lb card stock. I gave my prints to the person in-charge. She told me that she'll be able to do it without any problem. While she was cutting I could see that she did not align the cards properly. After cutting the she handed over the cards to me. When I looked at the cards, the cut margins were jagged. There was white border on some cards. Most of the cards were unevenly cut. After I looking at the cards I talked to the person in-charge and told her how unhappy I was with the job. First she told me that it is because the printing is not uniform, but after I convinced her that there is nothing wrong with the printing, she offered me to reprint all the cards. I got all my cards reprinted and took them to Kinko's for cutting.

PROS: Took responsibility of the mistake
CONS: Staff not fit for the job
