Animal Emergency Hospital

If I had another option, I would have taken my dog to another facility taht evening. Unfortunately, it was an emergency and they were the only vet in town! It was dirty for one and Dr. Hooker was the most rude, inconsiderate and cold doctor I've ever dealt with!!! He and the staff were uncaring and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this unless this is your ONLY option.

If it's an emergency situation, then obviously the pet "parent" is already upset. These folks did nothing to help ease our worries. The facility was old, and not exactly tiddy. The vet's assistant was rude, callus and just plain mean. She referred to my baby as the wrong gender several times, when corrected she ignored me rushing my husband and me into the lobby. Good thing this place is for emergencies only, otherwise, they'd have no business. With a scale of 1 to 10...I've give them a 1.

No one wants to have a pet emergency but if you do, these guys are well prepared to handle it. They are open all night while your normal vet is closed. Prices are reasonable considering this is emergency care.
