David Pitts Properties

He is as crooked as you can get. Avoid him and his properties! We were interested in one of his houses but he refused to sell it to us, instead he foreclosed on it as I imagine a tax write off!! Now the house sits vacant with title problems and we still can't get it even though we have the CASH to buy it!

The properties shown are not worth the amount of money you are asked to put down and the Realtors basically have the attitude of "Hurry and make a decision. If you don't, we don't care because someone else will come along." My advice is to do as I did: AVOID being forced into something overpriced and just spend some time repairing your credit. It took me and my husband less than one year to get approved for $225K with 100% financing on a beautiful home.

I saw some ads in papers with some nice sounding properties, but when I Googled I found the page above. Same guy/company? That area in GA isn't too far away...

The staff was helpful when I was looking for a house for one of my family members. He wanted to much money down for the condition of the house but when you have no or bad credit you really don't have a choice but to pay it.
