.

Took my 3.5 pound, 9.5 year old teacup Chihuahua to them. After examining her he went into the back room to jot down his notes. In those notes he was sure her condition was terminal, but her dying wasn't mentioned when he talked to us. HOWEVER he was made sure to "strongly recommend" 300 dollars worth of tests so we could "see what direction we need to go with treatment". I have done a lot of research since, for my babys sake I wish I had before because it was obvious she was in classic kidney failure. The most effective non pharmaceutical treatment and best way to ease the animals pain is simply water and lots of it! It won't cure but it helps flush the toxins that the damaged kidney nolonger can. In his instructions he ordered us to let her eat AND DRINK very little!!!!!!!!!!!! Was that incompetence or just flat out cruelty, I don't know and don't care. My parents have used that vet for 30 years but no more after seeing his notes and just how crooked they are.
Dr. Furr on hwy 123 is great

.

While this animal "clinic" is ok for routine shots and spay/neuter surgeries, I wouldn't recommend them. Not a very caring atmosphere, more like cattle...get 'em in, get 'em out type place. Took my puppy there, and he ended up having 2 surgeries on his hips, which later I found out were totally unneccesary!!

PROS: none
CONS: everything
