Horrible experience. Food was not edible. We complained to the waiter who did nothing. I could not eat it, but they insisted I pay. It was sitting in a pool of grease. Our ice tea was also sour. We asked to speak to the manager. An elderly

I honestly don't see the negativity towards ones restaurant but the serves is quick. The counter people are very polite and the food has good quality unlike some of the Chinese restaurants around cayce.

How difficult is it to comprehend an additional sauce on the side? The order (General Tso's sauce on the side) was explained to the girl taking the order over the phone. I usually order the General Tso's bean curd, but am trying to eat healthier, so I ordered the steamed vegetables (not fried like the regular General Tso's) with bean curd instead, with General Tso's sauce (in ADDITION to the regular brown sauce typically included with the order) on the side. She specifically asked for clarification, and it was given. I was at work, and it was a group order. Being in a patient room when the food arrived, I did not look at the order right away. Missing the sauce, I called back. "we're sorry", they said, with no offer of reconciliation. I was at work, and thus had no sauce substitutes (I find the regular brown sauce noxious and unappealing). I threw my food away and went without dinner. Thanks, Teapot.

I don't know what the other reviewers have against this place but I've had carry out and delivery from this place and both times it was good-actually above the average hole in the wall chinese food restaurant you find in the strip malls. Everything that I've ordered was fresh and tasted good. The shrimp in the shrimp fried rice was fresh and I thought the hot and sour soup was very good-a little darker in color than what I"m used to but still very tasty.

The counter people will laugh at you when you come to get your order if it's more than one person working.

The "manager/ boss" doesn't exist, apparently. When you call to complain and ask to speak to a manager, or anyone in charge, (even when asking nicely like a salesperson would) they have no idea if the manager is a man or a woman, or if they're ever coming in again.

When you call, you'll be on hold immediately, then they'll forget. If they put you on hold, just wait and call back, or don't call back and eat something else.

When you get there, they don't review the order, only the phone number. So you just have to hope that it's right, which it usually isn't.

Example: ask for Lo Mein. You will get fried noodles and nothing else. No vegetables, no meat, nothing. So don't forget to be very specific. Just wait for them to mess it up.

The inside of the restaurant is pretty ugly, not a place to sit down and eat at all.

As for the other reviewer who said don't order seafood-- seriously don't. They buy the cheapest possible everything, and likely you don't want to know where it's from or how old it is.

The same goes for any meat they serve. It all tastes slightly rotten and "off."

Steer clear. Sadly I don't know of another Chinese place to recommend, but I wish I did.

Avoid this place and their old imported food.

Pros: fairly fast

Cons: everything else

If you order from them, be careful. They may not get you what you ordered. This is especially problematic if you order something without meat, and they send over a similar dish with pork in it. Also, avoid ordering anything with seafood as it may be extremely old and make you sick. The last time I ordered their "Fisherman's Catch", I thought that I was going to be sick.

If you call them to complain about it, they'll tell you that everything is very fresh and won't do a thing about it. Caveat emptor.

Pros: highly diverse menu

Cons: food isn't always fresh, and might get you sick (esp. the seafood)

This place is absolutely wonderful. They are very fast and always busy. They always tell you 45 mins to an hour for delivery, but it always comes much faster. This food is great for those nights you just want to sit at the house and watch a movie alone or with a date.
