I never feel like they are trying to sell me unnecessary items. Ronny is professional and knowledgable, as are the rest of the employees. They often run coupon specials, where you can get a great deal on your service. The waiting area provides complementary coffee, but there are drink machines as well. A TV hangs from the ceiling and there are even some toys for kids. It is also convenient to the grocery store, YMCA, and some fast food restaurants, in case you prefer to shop, eat, or work out while your car is being fixed.
