I called Pediatric Associates at 9:00am with my son running a high fever they said the nurse would call me within 30 minutes. Well 50 minutes later i call back i am put on hold but still no nurse comes to the phone they give me the run around. So i get my son ready and call them again and they still have no answers and act like they don't care i ask if they can see him they say they can in 2 hours. So i ask if i should just take him to the hospital still she don't say anything helpful at all. While on my way to the hospital my husband calls them back to see if he can speak to a nurse the woman is very rude and puts him on with someone else and they get into it well she is getting the doctor to the phone 25 minutes later still no doctor so he hangs up and comes in the emergency room where we are waiting to be called back. And then i get a certified letter telling me they can't see my child anymore. So i call the office manager & am waiting on her to return my call but i have 21 days to find a new doctor. So if any of you know a good one please let me know.

2-2-07 Dr. McLeod overcharged for an office visit. From the time that we were called back until the time that we checked out was less than 5 minutes. They 'kicked' us out of the room. We didn't even have a chance to put our child's clothes back on him. They told us to do it in the lobby and that they needed the room. Dr. McLeod paid little attention to my son's problems.

2-27-07 I called the office because my son had a dangerously high fever. They refused services. We ended up taking him to an Urgent Care facility. It cost us over $120. The doctor at Urgent Care said that they should have seen him because his condition was very serious.

From 1-10-07 to 3-26-07 I made numerous calls to the office to schedule a well-baby visit. Every time that I called I was told the computers were down and to call back later. I finally made an appointment for 4-6-07. On 3-27-07 I received a message stating that I had to re-schedule the appointment because Dr. Glenn will be the only doctor there on that day. I called to re-schedule and the receptionist told me that Dr. Glenn could not see him that entire week because he would be the only doctor there. I reluctantly made an appointment for the following week. Afterwards, I was complaining, and the receptionist told me that I could see Dr. Prigge on the week of 4-6-07....... hmmmm... funny....thought Dr. Glenn was the only doctor there all week?

I have attempted to address these issues with the office manager. She finally returned my call after the second message that I left. She says that she is checking into it. I am currently waiting for a response.

George Haddad, MD is the nicest most gentle pediatrician I have ever encountered. He is so sweet and thorough too. He takes his time and is very conservative when prescibing medications as well. He is just a great doc all around!!
