Spa On Broadway

I think people who attack a business online is very onesided and childish. I work at Spa on Broadway and enjoy my job very much however we do see people who are impossible to please. As many people that have come through our doors unfortunatly there are some that will not let us correct our mistakes. Horrible service. wouldn't recommend. We had an appointment and didn't find out until we arrived that they didn't have enough therapists b/c one of them was too busy at a party and couldn't make it!!! Very unprofessional. Please don't waste your time or your hard earned money with this place
