I went to Ultra Lube to get my car's oil changed, and then I liked it so much that I started going there. I like going there because the employees are nice and kind. They seem to like their job. I like patronizing businesses like this one for that reason. The price is comparable to anywhere else in town, and I like using businesses that are hometown ones. The employees are friendly and talk to you like a person. They talk in a language you understand, not techo-mumbo-gumble. I will recommend this business at four stars because they are really good. Recommended highly.
Since I have been staying in the Gaffney area, I have used Ultra Lube twice now. I was pleased on the first visit so had decided to continue using them. Their service was exceptional to say the least. They notified me of a few matters that showed some wear or tear, pointing them out visibly to me so I would know what to point out to whomever I took my truck to have it fixed. Also, the employees are really kind and the prices are about as comparable as any other place in town.
