My dad is from South Dakota and we recently visited this little restaurant on a recommendation. If you are ever out this way - give it a try! The menu is pretty diverse. It seemed to cater to those you might see passing through the area - farmers, college students, and tourists. Being from Chicago I was most at ease with their selection of fish and steaks. I ordered the salmon which had a real nice glaze. My uncle ordered liver and onions which was a favorite of his growing up on the farm. I was also pleasantly surprised with the selection of moderately priced wines. It was refreshing to see most glasses at $6 (which is less expensive than most places in Chicago). The service was very friendly and the place was clean, although a bit outdated.
