I am glad that I have found out about this place, like, very glad that I have found out because I have been looking everywhere for a reliable and very efficient grocery store.

Very unhygenic. No price rate posted for vegetables. Rates are determined by cashier depending on who is customer. Prices are higher on Friday and employees are discourteous.
Customer should be made aware of the price of each vegetable.

This is a FABULOUS store. Clearly the other reviewer is expecting Kroger's or something to be in the Farmer's Market. They are an Indian grocery store. If you need to get in, get out and eat your processed food out of a box you shouldn't shop here, let alone try to review the place. They have all the veggies and fruits that you would find in India and fresh as well as frozen. They carry fresh spices, and I mean fresh, not those dinky little American jars of dried flavors. And you will get Indian hospitality. They'll ask what you are making with your purchase, offer advice, find out who you are cooking for, maybe share a little story about where your fruit comes from and remember your name the next time you come in.

Ever since Khan closed his groceries, this has been just about the only place in the downtown area so i guess they feel they can stick it to you till it hurts. Their prices are outrages for a farmer's market business. One would expect to pay AT LEAST %25 less since they don't have the overhead of owning their own building and having to advertise, but it seems like they are out for all they can get. You can easly stay in line for 20-minutes while they haggle with their regular customers. AND THERE IS NO FIRE EXIT. They also sell vegys on the ground in boxes; very unsanitary! It's best to avoid this place and find another place for your international goods and vegys.
