She was the owner of Mason Jar, then opened up Ruby&#39;s Kitchen, and I am here to tell you that it is my favorite restaurant even above the trendy restaurants in Nashville. I strongly recommend the spinach casserole, macaroni and tomatoes, brown gravy, banana pudding, roast beef, macaroni and cheese, the list goes on and on. You can&#39;t beat the prices and the food is wonderful. The staff can be short and impersonal sometimes but they&#39;re so busy it&#39;s expected.
