Pruett's is a small locally owned chain food store. This store was recently bought by a new seller and is doing business under a new name North Shore Market. So far, I have not seen any real changes. This store is conveniently located 5 miles from downtown Chattanooga on Cherokee Boulevard.

This store is not particularly well kept, and primarily caters to a lower middle income clientele. They offer a limited selection of merchandise and their prices are high.

On the plus side, I rarely have to wait in a long line, and their prices on some items are fairly low. Pruett's is a step above a convenience store, but does not have the variety of most major chain grocers.

I do not shop regularly at Pruett's due to the high prices and condition of the store. However, I occasionally shop there, for convenience and to avoid long lines. While I would not highly recommend this store, it is fine for last minute shopping or when selection and prices are not important.

PROS: Convenience, Short waiting line
CONS: Condition of store, Prices
