Besides having a poor selection of products for high prices, the clerks at this Best Buy are among the rudest people I've met. Mocking my leg ailment and harassing me is very un-businesslike. Perhaps lessons in good taste should be a requirement for Best Buy employees so they could learn to cope with their insecurities rather than stroke their ego by getting their jollies at ridiculing people.

PROS: None.
CONS: Employees don't know the meaning of "basic human decency"

I brough my computer in on 10/31 to be repaired as it was having booting problems and running really slow. 5 days later they called me and stated that it was a virus that had corrupted windows how that got in I dont know as I have norton and it updates all day long. Anyway they told me it would be ready the next day and the would call when it was ready TWO days later I called them and they said oh yes we wondered why you hadnt come in to pick it up. So I went in my case was all scratched up and it was still loading s-l-o-w-l-y so I told them they didnt fix it and called a manager over to explain. They said they would get right on it. 3 days later I was told that the hard drive had the wrong pin it was being the slave instead of the master. Anyway I took it home and discovered they had broke my Floppy disk drive. So back I went and it was still running slowly. They put a new floppy in and when I asked about it running so slow they said they would take a look it might be the Motherboard (I told them that on 10/31) they would look at it and call me and let me know if they would be sending it out to get fixed or what the next day. Well 2 days later I call and get some yoyo on the phone who tells oh it was sent out and when asked when should it be back in was told oh sometime within the next month so I am still without a puter. Needless to say I am not a happy camper.

PROS: they gave me a 50.00 GC for my inconvenience
CONS: where do I start lack of communication etc.

This is one of the best places for all of your electronic needs. I've purchased several large items and many smaller items here at great prices. The employees were always friendly and make sure you are aware of any mail-in rebates or like items at a lesser cost. The products have been of great quality and I will continue to purchase my electronic needs at best buy.

This store is the place to go for electronics, dvds, cds, appliances, computer accessories, and just about anything else. They are usually the cheapest place to buy cds when they first come out & their staff is very knowledgable.
