2008 Honda CR-V
by Bruce B.
I am 61 years old and have purchased a few cars in my time. An 86-year-old gentleman in my community who was in the automobile business in Nashville all his working career recommend Trickett Honda to me. He said "they are good folks who will treat you right." In May 2008 I purchased a new Honda CR-V from Trickett. They were a joy to deal with and we agreed on a reasonable price without haggling or a lot of pressure to purchase from them. I wound up in the hospital with emergency gallbladder surgery before I got back to pick up the car and they called my wife to see how I was doing. In days gone by I serviced my own car but now I take it back to Trickett even though I live 70 miles away. I drive in on Saturday morning and in a few minutes they do a qulity job, give me a complete rundown on how everything is, and a free car wash to boot. If you want a Honda in my opinion this is the only place to go.

2009 Honda Accord EX-L
by Joseph K.
I bought a new 2009 Accord EX-L from Bryan Pirtle at Trickett Honda on December 27, 2008. I can not be more pleased. Both Bryan and other associates with Trickett treated me very kindly. They allowed me to drive several Accords, Civics, and CRV's until I decided on which one I wanted. They even allowed me to go on these drives alone so that I could really enjoy testing the car without a salesman present. That in itself was the deciding factor between them, Crest, Waltrip and and the Aholes, (Reddell), in Murfreesboro. I wouldn't let my dogs take a crap on their lot unless it was inside one of their new cars!! Go to Trickett. Home of the $18.50 oil change for as long as you ever own the car. Ask for Bryan Pirtle and tell him that I sent you. he will pull out his "special" pricing sheet and give you the lowest price that he can sell it for without all of the going back and forth to the manager.

I have used them several times to get parts for my Honda. They have always been very nice and helpful. Their prices are fair and they make sure you get the right parts the first time.

I wouldn't buy a Honda anywhere else. I've bought two cars from these nice people. Mr. Trickett was one very nice man. I don't know Reid personally but he appears to be nice. I've bought two cars from Barbara Moore, and she's a great salesperson. This dealership goes out of their way to make you happy. The last time I bought a car, I actually was going to buy a used car, but a new car was actually cheaper. Barbara explained both methods to me and let me make my own decision. They are not pushy in the least and very honest. I am always recommending them to my friends that buy Hondas.
I drove my first Honda for 15 years and would get it serviced at Trickett. They gave me the same great service for this car as they do for my new car.
They will wash your car after servicing it. That used to be an automatic thing but now you have to ask for it!
PROS: great reputation
CONS: wish they were closer to my home

I recently went to Trickett to get a part for my Pilot. I was ready to pay for it when the man told me that it should be covered under warranty. He could have easily took my money, but he didn't and I appreciate that. Honest people make my day.
