Beginning in 1989 as a small gourmet cafe on historic Second Avenue, A Matter of Taste Fine Catering have evolved into a full-service catering company. They have been operating at our present location as strictly off-premise caterers since 1995. A Matter of Taste Fine Catering's philosophy has always been: to make perfect, simple foods, foods that are assertively seasoned, prepared with love, and presented with flair.

In ShortNancy Vienneau began with a small gourmet cafe in a funky building on Second Avenue. With her catering company, Vienneau offers her full-service catering and party trays for special occasions and parties. For business meetings, there are boxed lunches with oven-roasted beef sandwiches or chicken-almond salads. A variety of cakes and sweets are also available, including pecan brownies.
