I travel quite frequently, and can tell you that this is one of the best FedEx Office locations around. They are always busy, but their employees get you in and out quickly. Great one on one consultation and professional service!

After my regular printer totally screwed up a large project, I went to FedEx Office in Cool Springs to see if they could bail me out.
The manager personally helped put my files together, and was patient and thorough - even suggesting options I didn't know existed. FedEx Office will be my first call next time!
Pros: Fast service, expert advice
I visit the FedEx Kinko's in Cool Springs about once a month, and I cannot tell you how helpful their staff is. Even when it is pretty busy (and that seems to be all the time!) I still get great one on one service. They know me by name, and it and are always quick to help me out of a bind. They are awesome!
Pros: Friendly employees, personal attention, LOTS of options
Cons: Greeting cards near the register are too funny. Do not start reading them - YOU WILL BUY ONE!
