These apartments or shall I say Condominiums as the leasing agent refers to them are owned by different individuals. You may or may not have the same land lord as your neighbors on either side of you. The renting office is not accessible and the leasing agent is hardly ever there. If you want to turn in your rent you have to do so at a time when the agent is there or you may choose one of two more options. You may either mail your payment to the office (that is on the property mind you or you may give it to the maintenance man). The maintenance man is on the property more than the leasing agent. They do not want to replace anything and there reasoning is if they do they will have to go up on your rent.

There is also a pool on the site but it is not clean and last summer it only opened in the month of July. When it does open something always happen and they end up shutting it down for a spell.

There is supposedly a police officer living on the property but there have been robberies committed on the property in the laundry room and you hardly ever see the officer.

I could go on but to keep it simple, "my advice to you is to rent from this property at your own risk".
