Bob FRENSLEY IS DECEPTIVE AND MISLEADING. TRADED MY TRUCK IN AND WAS GIVEN A NEW TRUCK THAT NIGHT. WAS ASSURED THAT IT WAS A DONE DEAL. 2 DAYS LATER, THEY CALLED BACK AND SAID TO RETURN THE TRUCK SINCE THE LOAN DID NOT GO THROUGH. RETURNED IT IN 2 HOURS. WENT TO PICK UP MY TRUCK AND GO HOME. FOUND OUT THE EXHAUST SYSTEM HAD BEEN CUT OFF AND THE TRUCK WAS NOT DRIVEABLE. THEY TOLD ME TO FILE A CLAIM WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY THAT IT WAS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. GAVE ME A BILL FOR $7,300 TO FILE. TOLD ME IT WOULD COVER MY DEDUCTIBLE AND MAKE A FEW DOLLARS FOR MY TIME. CAN YOU SAY INSURANCE FRAUD??? CANNOT DRIVE MY TRUCK. LOST MY JOB BECAUSE OF THIS. Bob Frensley Chrysler Dodge Jeep is a world class dealership and a 5 Star Dealership that has been family owned and operated for over 2 decades. I have talked to more satisfied customers that have bought vehicles from there than from any one other single dealership!!!!! As far as them being Liars and Theives....I'm sorry but that could not be further from the truth. From my personal experience I have had only great purchasing experiences there and great service experience there as well over many years and many vehicles.

Bob Frensley Dodge are Thieves and Liars!! I bought a new 2010 Challenger SRT8 from them. It had no catalytic converters on it, which is illegal, so I told them they had to put the converters on it. They agreed stating it would be ready in a few days. I was shocked to find that though they had put the converters on; they had also stolen the $1700 cat-back exhaust off the car. Don't ever buy a car from these thieves. Save yourself the anguish.

My husband and I were stranded in TN on our way home to IN because of a water pump. They got the vehicle Monday morning and stated to us at 11am that it would be finished in 1hour. We got there at 1pm. Not finished yet and everyone was at lunch, so we waited around until 4pm and were told it would not be done that day, because they found "something else" wrong with it. We had to stay in a hotel the night before since the pump blew around 8pm on Sunday night. So again had to spend the night in the hotel. My husband goes there on Tues. around 12pm. They said it would be done that day, he waited around all day mind you until 7pm when they close and what's this vehicle will not be done today again. Another hotel night stay. At no time have they offered to pay for the hotel for our inconvience of continuously telling us it would be done and not providing the vehicle. My husband asked several times if we could "rent or borrow" a vehicle from them for the inconvience and was told no. Nor did we rent our own car because we kept being told, it will be done today. I am VERY dissatisfied with this dealership and I would not recommend it to ANYONE! Needless to say my husband is still in TN waiting for the vehicle to be completed.

when bringing vehicle in for my lifetime free oil change the service personal tore the side out of my tire. They then offered me a new tire"at their cost". with no other choice I purchased the tire. Having a manufacturers three year bumper to bumper warranty I took truck to service to have warranty work performed. I was told by the service department that I didn't have a three year bumper to bumper warranty and that their salesperson lied to me wnen I purchased the vehicle so that I would buy it. None of this is true. I took my vehicle to another dealer to have the warranty work performed with no problems. Each time I took my vehicle in for my free oil change something on the vehicle was damaged. I no longer have them change the oil and have forefited my lifetime free oil change. the service personel are liars and vandals and the dealer should be shut down.
