I don't know what the idiot below is talking about, but I can personally attest that Dr. Healy and the staff at Cloverleaf are the best, most professional, and most caring group in town.

My service was horrible, My puppy "Mocha" was hit by a car and had a broken leg. I took Mocha to the Animal Hospital and they put a splint and bandage on her broken leg and all was well until i went to Cloverleaf Animal Clinic. The first visit went well, Melissa Healy performed the check-up and Mocha did not need her bandage replaced at that time, and i understood that. Then i was advised to bring my dog back every two weeks to have the bandage replaced, so i returned with a friend of mine to have the bandage replaced,Melissa Healy, stated that the bandage was in good condition and clean so there was no reason to mess with it, so she placed a bandage over the original one. Then we took mocha back again when it was her time to have the bandage replaced, well they didn't want to mess with it then either, and wrapped another bandage over the first two layers. Then I took her again and Melissa Healy still did not want to mess with her bandage so she placed another bandage on the three layers of bandages she already had on. well finally i took MOCHA back tuesday March 12th 2012 to have ALL of the bandages removed and the technicians discovered Mocha had pressure sores all up and down her leg from the splint. At this point i could not afford more x-rays and they wouldn't even let me see the sores Mocha had. When i confronted Melissa Healy about how the problem could have been prevented or discovered earlier if they would have replace the bandages sooner like i paid for she accused me of telling her "i told her not to replace them", even though i paid for the service several times, she as well as the front desk staff laughed about the situation and were very unprofessional, and even cruel. If you love your animal as much as i do u will not go to Cloverleaf Animal Clinic. I am taking further action against them because Mocha is in worse condition now then she was when the accident occurred. Her paw is so swollen is is unrecognizable and she can not even put pressure on it, there are sores all up and down her leg pouring with blood and puss. And This Could Have Been Prevented If They Did Their Job.

On more than one occasion I've seen this clinic save animals; during Katrina, Dr. Jeff helped to rescue animals and my own personal experience, when no other vet could help our 1 yr old Carolina dog when she had a mysterious cough and her lungs were filling up, Dr. Jeff ran tests and determined what it would take to help her out. No other vets had been able to figure it out; they also have the capability of doing ultra sounds in the office; I've seen several of their vets & everyone, including their staff are very compassionate, kind and loving towards not only the dogs, but their owners. Love Cloverleaf in Memphis!

Actually Dr. Sue has never been my vet but her husband Dr. Jeff has, also Dr. Ambrose and Dr. Robinson. Let me say that these are the kindest most caring vets anyone could ask for as Dr. Sue would be as well. In addition the entire staff is beyond excellent.
I lost my dog, 2 months short of 14, in December. The most perfect dog one could wish to ever have. The love and understanding of this entire office was the only way I made it through my lost. I stay in touch with them still for various reasons and because I miss them..
Anyone looking for a vet or not happy with their present vet needs look no where else but Cloverleaf for excellent care for their pet. Unnecessary tests are not done. Everything is explained. Calls are returned and on and on and on. I have had other vets in the past. I will have no other vets but those at Cloverleaf in the future.

Wonderful group of caring, compassionate, knowledgeable people! I have been using this office for years and would never go elsewhere. Dr. Ambrose is wonderful, but the other vets in the office are hard to beat. When we lost our 14 year old Shepard to cancer we got calls from one of the vets and 2 staff that were off that day telling us how sorry they were. This is a true personal touch office. Hard to go wrong here.

i don't use Clovereleaf Animal Hospital, but i did happen to have Dr. Ambrose at the 24-hour pet emergency hospital on Summer Ave about a month ago. He was absolutely wonderful! He re-stitched a gash on my greyhoud that had popped open. He was so caring and gentle, and he explained everything in detail, and with such kindness. He is definitely top quality!!

I have gone to this clinic since I was young (old now). Dr. Ambrose is FANTASTIC. I drive all the way from Olive Branch to see him. I have never met such a smart, caring, wonderful Vet.

Cloverleaf Animal Clinic is definitely a Caring Clinic. Not only do they care for YOUR pet, they tell you what's going on. In today's economy several people who have been unable to keep their pet have, in fact left them at the clinic door and disappeared. The pets are examined and then the clinic tries to find a home for them -- no pound for these babies! The veterinary knowledge, experience, efficiency, friendliness and, most of all, care for the animals, will bring me and mine back again and again.

I would recommend Cloverleaf to anyone. The veterinary care is the best in Memphis. Everyone working at this location is caring, involved in the overall care of animals and will bring ideas and solutions to pet-care in times of crisis or just routine visits. All members love animals and will do whatever it takes to maintain the health and well-being of the animals in their care. The clinic is clean, the staff courteous, there are kennels and the vets are very explanatory in each step of treatment. I appreciate this level care for my babies. 5 Stars!!

The group at cloverleaf offer the best in the city for diagnosis, treatment, and compassion. Extremely reasonably priced for all they do. Explain all they do in treatment of your pet. Are honest about illness and prognosis; thorough in searching for and offering all alternatives in care. Offer the most comprehensive care for pet--and owner.

I give Cloverleaf Animal Clinic 4 stars, because they are always so helpful when I need to take my dog in. Even though I know they get alot of business, due to being the only animal clinic in their neighborhood, they still give me and my dog undivided attention. When I recently went, I was inquiring on pet insurance and the vet tech really went out of her way to look up the info, even though I am sure that was beyond her duties. It is very clean, and not cramped like some clinics can get.

PROS: Clean, efficient, has a kennel, freindly staff, thorough
CONS:
