Currently awaiting the tv that was in our promotional offer with sofa and love seat, it has been 2 weeks and still no television or coupon to get the television, this was a big attraction to buy in their store that weekend, and we keep getting the run around on this. Tomorrow, if I have not heard anything, I will start going about things differently. The furniture we spent 2,000 on isn't of great quality, after all. Maybe I should just get a refund. I can't recommend this store, since every call to them to inquire about this promo deal results in finger pointing.

I spent over $6,000 furnishing my new house. Took 4 months to get a kitchen table that wasn't cracked the living room furniture has been horrible from day 1. The one year warranty is no good because you can't get anyone to come out & when they finally did they stated everything was fine you are suppose to fall to the ground when you sit on your couch! Came back out a second time did nothing again...waited till my 1 year warranty was up & stated they can't do anything about it! Filed a formal complaint with the FTC then heard a commercial the other night that they were offering a 5 year warranty on purchases! Which is great...it's gonna be harder for them to put their customers off for 5 years! Will NEVER go there again!!!! Save yourself some money & some heartache... Go somewhere else!!!

I had a problem with a mattress that I purchased at the store. I went back to request a resolution to the problem. I was told it was not up to them to help me, I would have to contact the manufacture directly. The manufacture doesn't want to help either. Knoxville Wholesale Furniture will take your money and give you a product but after that you are on your own. Never again would I purchase anything from that business.

I share a negative experience with the person who described his encounter with Knoxville Wholesale. I've waited six weeks before following up on my order only to be told it was shipping out the next week. I went to the store requesting a refund and was treated rudely and refused a refund. I still do not have the item, so this may drag on longer. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy and I'll try to surrounding cities to purchase my Broyhill products in the future. I regret that Broyhill allowed them to be their sole seller in the Knoxville area and intend to write the manufacturer and recommend they reconsider their selection.

Purchased 2 bedroom sets on special order. Salesman said 4-6 weeks tops when I placed the cash deposit. Called 1st time after 6 wks, he said they ran into a snag and it would ship out a few days later. Nope. Called 10 days later..another salesman said "I just confirmed that it was put on the truck today" and it will be delivered first thing next week. WRONG again. Called a week later and spoke to a THIRD individual and he stated that it hasn't even been put on the truck yet. Then he had the nerve to 'inform" me that special orders normally take 4-6 weeks with no problems and 6-8 weeks with some minor interferences which I was never advised when I placed the order. I mentioned that it's been 8 weeks and will be 10 weeks by the time I receive all the merchandise. My beef is not that I've had to wait weeks (which is disappointing and annoying), it's the complete and utter miscommunication from KWF. I got 3 different excuses from 3 different people. It's the first and the last time we'll ever buy or deal with this company again.

This store has alot to choose from. The prices are somewhat expensive, but they also have some items at a great deal. I hear that the delivery options are not very good with this store.
