Once I was in the market for a Lexus, I did most of my research online without the dreaded sales pressure. Beth Denton was the Internet Sales Manager at the time and she worked with me via email and phone calls to get me the model and exact features I wanted. She was very attentive and responsive without being pushy and I appreciated this very much. I've owned my Lexus for a year and every time I go to the dealer, it has been a pleasant experience. My service consultant is very helpful and efficient. In my overall experince, I would recommend putting Lexus of Nashville on your list of dealerships to check out. You will be pleasantly surprised, as I was, by the professionalism and integrity with which they do business.

My wife and I bought a new RX 350 as our first Lexus and it is wonderful. We had a conspicuous feeling driving such a nice vehicle and contemplated trading it for a lesser vehicle. We visited with our salesperson, Mike Schiavello, and told him of our feelings and he was so understanding and helpful. He started gathering information working for us and all the time telling us that we were part of the "Lexus Family" and our satisfaction was first on his list. He was so gracious and helpful, as was everyone that we had dealings with at the dealership. We decided to keep our RX 350 and we are thankful for that decision. Mike has contacted us since to check on us and remind us of the services available when we bring our vehicle in for oil change and service. Buying a new vehicle is many times a painful experience, but Lexus of Nashville took the time to work with us before and after the sale to ensure that our experience was pleasant. We are very happy and will return to them for our next Lexus purchase.

My wife and I hate the car buying process. We don't care for the haggling and going back and forth to the "manager" to get a deal closed. I must say our minds were changed by the people at Lexus of Nashville. We have visited Lexus of Nashville - Cool Springs several times and have bought one vehicle from them. Our experiences there have always been great. We have been greeted at the door and asked who were were there to see. The sales process was low key, straight forward, and honest. Our sales persons have been repsectful of our time and explained the closing process and amount of time we should expect for the delivery of our new car. The service area has also been top notch with minimal time required to get a loaner, and a complete explanation of the service being performed along with an estimated cost for the services. We always recommend the dealership and our sales representatives, Beth and Jodi, when we hear any of our friends, family or co-workers mention they are looking for a new vehicle.

Rude. Just plain rude and horrible service from a particular salesman. Waited for a long time but didn't get service until almost closing then pressured to buy with very questionable sales tactics. This is a very mild description of the public humiliation experienced. Never coming back and will tell all the people who ask not to go here. Don't know if it is just the pre-owned department or just that one salesman but that is no excuse for such shoddy business behavior. I think you are better off going to other places who are more honest, ethical, and friendly. The worst experience ever.

WHY WAS 7.0 HOURS OF LABOR $ 667.80 INSTEAD OF $ 630.00 ? WHEN I ASKED, THEY REALLY COULD NOT GIVE ME A GOOD ANSWER. IT SEEMS THIS PLACE HAS A REAL PROBLEM WITH HONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES !!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I BRING MY CAR TO THEM.

We purchased a used vehicle here and overall the sales experience was pleasant. There was very little haggling done and they agreed to fix several items on the vehicle as part of the purchase agreement. The financing offered was less than desirable. When we returned to have minor repairs done to the vehicle we were told they could not be done that day even though we'd made arrangements to do so at the time of purchase. Another trip the next day caused me to wait an hour and required running between two locations before someone knew what they were doing. It took almost two months to get everything they promised us and even then we're continuing to have problems with things their service technicians fixed on our vehicle.

Overall I feel that once they made the sale their customer service greatly declined. We were no longer important to them.

CONS: Poor post-sale customer service, poor communication
