I have been taking my girls to Dr. James Fullerton at Mobley for 10+ years now ... he is wonderful!! He has a real gift for making potentially stressful exams easy on the older dogs. \r
\r
I have also had very good experiences with Dr. Brannom who has performed successful surgeries on two of my dogs (one a complete ACL reconstruction; the other a bone plate and screws for a broken leg). \r
\r
So, while I agree with a prior reviewer's opinion regarding Dr. Mobley, whose bedside manner leaves more than a little to be desired, I would highly recommend his colleagues.

I was very impressed with Mobley Vet Clinic on my first visit there yesterday. It's easy to see why they've been in business for so long. I saw Dr. Robison yesterday and I was amazed at the way he connected with my 8 week old kitten and with me. I was also amazed at how much cheaper they were than the vet I've been using, in the same area, about a mile away. I was not expecting that, especially after reading some reviews online. I'm looking forward to a long relationship with MVC.

I have used Mobley Veterinary Clinic for 20+ years. I find it necessary to defend Dr. Summer Mobley. I have seen all of the doctors at the clinic at one time or another and they are all caring and compassionate professionals but if I have a choice I always ask to see Dr. Mobley. My current pet is a 10lb Maltese. Dr Mobley has always taken excellent care of her. He has always taken the time to listen to what I have to say and has always explained our plan of action prior to initiating. I find it hard to believe that he would ever say anything unkind to or about any pet taken there. He has on two separate occasions been a life saver for Hannah. My thanks to Dr Mobley and his conscientious and caring staff.

Love Dr Mobley- He saved my chihuahua's toe from being amputated like Value Vet wanted to do and the cost was fair. Did NOT like Dr Fullerton. He did not tell us the COST of his plan of care for another rescue dog- went to pick her up $400 bill. Then the man wanted me to bring her back next day for more work- another $200 he said. Would not EVER see him again! My 9 yr old dog possibly has cushions disease, which is expensive to treat w/ medication and f/u lab testing. He failed to tell me all this initially. I went to another vet and found all this out. I honestly feel the man was taking me for a ride. then he lectured me about saving rescue animals- like it was a BAD thing. Bad experience . Do NOT go here unless you have money to burn-- and ALWAYS ask the cost or you will be shocked!!!!!

Ok so I have given him a fair try I've gone there for my dog's annual exam for the last three years and I can officially say that today was our last day as a customer with this clinic. I HATE Dr. Mobley and will NEVER go back there.

His staff was friendly every time and loved my dog. The first doctor my dog saw three years ago was rude gave my dog every shot known to man just so he could up the charge. I wasn't sure he didn't work on commission- the more he charged up the more he'd make. So I decided- if we stay we'll only see the guy with his name on the sign surely he'd care b/c it's his clinic.

WRONG for the past two years we have gone to see Dr. Mobley. Last year for my dog's annual exam and today he has been RUDE and made fun of my Weimaraner. He has absolutely NO customer service skills. He talks over you and doesn't listen or answer your questions. He is arrogant and disinterested in the animal (almost as much as he is the person with the animal). He greeted us in the lobby with ""well there's one big dumb animal"" I should have immediately turned and walked out (or let my dog take a crap in his office). He continued to refer to my dog as 'dumb' or 'stupid' for the rest of the appointment. If you wouldn't say that to someone's child you should not say it to someone's pet. The quality of care isn't good enough to put up with the verbal abuse- STAY AWAY from this place!!! Don't be like me a put up with their HORRIBLE customer service for this long. It's NOT worth it.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. I have seen all the vets there and have been going there for years. Dr. Brannom is my favorite, but Dr. Robison is a lot of fun and really is sweet with my pets. I have also used the groomer and have been pretty satisfied with her also. I have always found their staff to be pleasant and efficient and the clinic clean and well maintained.

Horrible experience. Saw an old guy with a bad attitude. Details aren't worth re-telling, but what a jerk.

I take my pet there for veterinary services as well as grooming and am very pleased with the service I get. The staff is always freindly and helpful. The grooming is just the best. My pet always looks like a star when I pick her up. I will continue to take my sweetie there because I know she will be well taken care of.

We have been taking our three pets to Dr. Robison at Mobley for six years. He is extremely kind and knowledgeable. Our girl dog is very quirky and has always been scared to go to the vet. She loves Dr. Robison and is no longer scared to go. We have never seen any of the other vets there, but Dr. Robison is the best!

The assistants were rude. The doctor made fun of me and my dog because of her name. He didn't answer any questions I had. Was the worst visit to a vet I had ever had. Once was definitely enough for this place.

Been going to Mobley for 20 years, watched Dr. Brannom grow up. Support and vets are all first rate.These folks have gotten my family through the happy times and the not-so-good times with the four-legged members of my family. Dr. Brannom is caring and knowledgable.

I brought my poor sick cat to see a vet which was a last minute appointment. I was desperate for a vet due to my last an awful vaccine reaction which cause my cat to swell in the face and constantly lick herself, After going to ER vet I was desperate to find a new reliable vet. It was a friday and the last resort was to see DR. MOBLEY! yikes is all I can say. He basically wrote down what had been done and told me my cat probably had heart worms, which can't be tested for until my cat was dead! he did an abdominal exam that made my cat sore for months! it was a very very awful experience. Not to mention he charged me more than an ER VET visit!! and did absolutely NOTHING!!! run don't walk!!!! thank god I found another vet in time and my cat is doing fine!

They are the most caring people that you could have taking care of your kids. They treat them just like that your kids. They explain everything to its fullest. Our little angel was a rescue and they have taken such great care of her since she can into our lives. You can not find a better group of doctors and staff anywhere in Nashville.

I use them for grooming and vet. All the vets are great. They are understanding about work schedules and will let you leave the poor, sad dog there all day until you are released from your own work crate (aka - office) to pick the pitiful, abandoned dog up. Also, they wont give you services you dont need just to charge you more money. And most importantly, they are all very sweet, attentive people who love pets.

We haven't tried the groomer yet, but we definitely will. I was so glad to see them finally get a groomer. The vets are very friendly and sympathetic. When we found out our dog had heartworms, we were shocked and scared. The vets told us they would do their best with the medicine. The medicine worked. We got through the treatments and now he is healthy and happy.

I enjoy taking my dog to them because they are very good with her. She is 14 years old and i love her with all my heart and they saved her life. They are very nice and good to us. I would recommend it to every one.

THEY GIVE QUALITY CARE FOR ALL MY ANIMALS AND THE VETS TREAT YOU LIKE IT WAS ONE OF THEIR PETS, BEING CARE FOR. wHEN i TAKE MY DOG i KNOW SHE IS GETTING QUALITY CARE BY SOME OF THE BEST VETS IN NASHVILLE.
