Art Center Supply

You may pay a little extra at the Art Center, but they have the best selection of art supplies for serious artists, and they also have a very friendly staff who can answer all your questions.

They also have framing service. I don't take my pieces anywhere else...they do such a great job here.

The Art Center is a really great place to go pick out art supplies and get tips from people who actually do art.

The price is a bit higher than what you'd pay at Hobby Lobby or Michael's, but the expert advice is well worth it.

Parking isn't great, though. I'd park at a distance and walk.

I took my son in to get some supplies for a drafting kit we found at a yard sale. The staff there knew exactly what we had and how to work with it. They're the best. The store is laid out well and always very well kept. Parking can be a bit of a problem since the sits right on Union Avenue. There is some parking in the back though but you have to walk around since there's no back entrance. This is where most of the art college students go for their supplies so you can feel confident that you'll find what you need and if they don't have it they'll order. They offered to do that for me.

The Art Center is located on Union Avenue in a strip mall. I'm so thankful it was spared recent demolition of the area. This store is great! I used to get school project supplies there, as well as supplies for various art endeavors. It's great for the amateur or professional artist. Love it!
