These guys have been my go-to shop for car care for about 5 years now. They have always been very friendly and knowledgeable, and most of all, honest. If they have a fault, it's that they have become so popular that it can be difficult to get in the shop if you don't get in really early.

There has never been a Richard at Ultimate Tire & Car Care. We are located on McGavock St. in downtown Nashville. You must have gone to a different business. We would have been happy to match your coupon for the same service.

I know that many auto shops make their money trying to trick women into unnecessary, expensive repairs. Robbie at ultimate warded me off from new struts when another mechanic told me I had to have them. Robbie just said, "Yes, they're old, they will need to be replaced, but they're functioning just fine."

Went to get an oil change and brought in a coupon from NTB after speaking to Richard at Ultimate who said they'd match competitors. After wasting gas and time to get there, I was told they wouldn't honor the coupon.
So report to County's consumer protection dvision is warranted for misleading information.
