I'm sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience over the phone with one of our sales employees, but i am sorry to inform you that we cannot get water bed inserts with the mattress company we are currently dealing with. We carry Jamison bedding and we could not, and still cannot get water bed inserts from them. We would be more than happy to look in a book and order any item you like, but we cannot simply order something we cannot get. This situation had nothing to do with what was in or not in stock.

I called them looking for a king waterbed insert. The lady stated no we don't have any. I asked if she could order it. She said, sorry, but the company she's currently dealing with doesn't make them. It's poor service and definately disheartening to have a hand full of cash and still get blown off. Most furniture stores I've dealt with would be glad to look in a book and order anything they didn't have in stock. Not these people.

They are an authorized dealer for La-Z-Boy furniture. They offer excellent buys in furniture. They carry a complete line of pools and accessories. The staff is eager to help and very knowledgeable. Rye's Furniture is easily located on Hwy. 46 in Dickson just before the railroad crossing. They are open 9 am to 6 pm Mon thur Sat and are closed on Sun. This is a nice furniture store with hometown prices.
