I have occasioned a conversation with Edwin Gray awhile back and it was a very pleasant one. I offered him an effective way to procure a merchant account that would actually help increase profits as well as help his customer's pay their bills online. I do not write personal checks, therefore, I had my merchant account company contact call him the entire set-up. Whether he availed himself to it or not remains to be seen. I earnestly hope he avails himself to this service; they offer exceptional rates with excellent customer service.

Initially, I called because I wanted a better option to pay the bill, neither check or cash was a good option (online was what I envisioned) a lot of customers appreciate the convenience of being able to pay their bills quickly online. Obviously, I offered him my merchant account services, which I received a "reasonable" consideration for; I received exactly what I ask for. I was intent on helping him expand his customer base, this will help him attract more business. There have been a few billing discrepancies that were corrected immediately. I do not know Mr. Gray personally, but he seemed to be a gentleman.

I've saved this comment for last so it would not be overlooked...
We've availed Gray's Disposal service for many months now and
Gray's Disposal Service has picked up our refuse on schedule every week without fail, and has performed this service in this manner from day one! We have been very satisfied with our disposal service! I appreciate the fact this is one less thing I have to concern myself with. Thank you Edwin!

For those of you who may have experienced some problems. I certainly comprehend mistakes are sometimes made and sometimes some workers may "not" do the job their are supposed too. I cannot speak for any of his workers, I've never made their acquaintance, I've never observed them on the job, or off, for that matter? But I do know sometimes things happen that the owner of the company would much prefer it did NOT happen, but one hire's workers in faith that they will perform their duties to the best of their abilities, right! *MOREOVER, sometimes they do AND maybe sometimes they do not! C'est La Vie! (Such is life!) Don't be too hard on people when you may not understand the dynamics of the entire originations.

Life's challenging enough, do something to help lighten the load!

This company has been very good about picking up on scheduled days. I have been in my home in lavergne for 6 years and only once a week was missed. I called and they came out that very day to get it. When I call abt extra needs for p/ups

I have been very pleased with my service. One day I forgot to push my can to the curb and they walked up and got it. Great service, and great when I've called the office when I lost my bill.

Gray's F rating with the Better Business Bureau most likely comes from their charging you for a full month yet only picking up your garbage half the month as well as their failing to respond to such complaints. My garbage hasn't been picked up in nearly 3 weeks. I'm canceling this service and filing a complaint with the BBB.

I have one better. I live in Florida. One of thier employees has been using my social security number since early 2008. When i found out i called to speak with the owner to straighten this out. He put the woman on who was using it and she called me a crackpot even though I CAN prove my idenity. After many calls to my local police, IRS, credit bereaus,banks etc. The owner called and said the payroll company made one digit mistake and that is why she has been using my ss #.
Pleasr read follow up comment. After this was posted Mr Edwin Gray called and explained what happened and is helping me to resolve everything. He truly is a gentleman and I appreciate all he has done to help me.

These people at grays disposal dumped my garbage in a contractors dumpster spilling all over the ground and out into the street, the contractor was dylan brooks and scott 615-568-1916. My personal information was out there perscriptions, bank statements, etc. if you want to risk identity theft, or you dont mind paying someone to dump your personal garbage in alleys and in ditches in the middle of the night then hire these guys or just call the contractor, he will tell you. join together we can stop this from happening.

If you like paying for trash service and not being served, go with this company. They can go weeks without picking up your trash and offer no explanation. I would rather pay more for reliable service. They are terrible!!!

I promise it will be worth the extra money to not deal with the headache of nothing ever being right!!!!
HORRIBLE customer service, horrible pick up and every month they would mess up our bill. I would have rather have paid extra for a better company because the time I spent calling them to complain wasn't worth saving that extra penny. Pay the extra money for a better company so you don't waste your time and efforts like I did!

They hardly ever offer any type of apology or explanation when I call. I do not recommend this service. The other waste management companies are a little more expensive, but at least you know that your trash will be picked up. After a long days work, the worst feeling is pulling into your drive way in the pouring rain with your trash can flipped over and garbage bags everywhere because Gray's Disposal forgot to pick up your trash earlier in the day. Again, do not patronize this company. You will regret it.
