I love my Lexus and I love to drive my Lexus! The service department in Rivergate has the nicest service techs and service department around. There are two gentlemen there that always takes care of my service needs - Jerry & Norman. I highly recommend this service department.
PROS: Customer Service, Convenient, First Class service
CONS: Oil change is a bit high - but they make up for it in their service.
