this was the worst hotel i ever stayed in. we check in put our bags in our room came back later they had put someone in our room. the people left drinks and wrappers and ashes in the room. they then put in another room that hadn't been cleaned. they then move us across the street to another hotel that the heater didn't work well and the jets in the bathroom were broke. we then complain about this and they moved us to another room. this was the worst experience i have had. I've called cooperate office no one has called me back.

This by far is the worst hotel EVER. The room reaked of smoke. Beds are full sized beds and not queens, which are way too small. Bathroom had mold growing on the ceiling and the bath tub had a hole in it that had been patched with bondo!!!! Turn tail and run if you're thinking of staying here.

We stayed in June. The carpet was dripping wet. I talked with the lady at the front dest. She assured me it would be taken care of. It was not. I talked with her again to no avail. After we had paid, she did not care. I will not stay here again.

We stayed here over the summer, it was a little run down and in need of repairs. The staff was very nice and the indoor pool was fun for the kids. The free breakfast was good.

My family stayed at the Grand Resort Hotel over the summer vacation season. It looked great when we made the reservations but when we got there it wasn't what we expected. The room was on the 5 floor and it was hot as could be. The only good thing about this stay was the free pancake breakfast.

Grand Resort Hotel is one of the most unclean hotels I think I have ever stayed in. The rooms are average in size, but we had trouble with plumbing. The carpets were old and stained. We stayed during the winter and their "indoor" pool, was nothing more than the outdoor pool with a large tent over it! This made a dense fog in the entire tent, and it was really dark and unenjoyable. I will not stay here again.
