Flower Pot

this place is great... they did the flowers for my wedding and they where way better than i could of ever thought they spent a lot on time on the flowers for the wedding and did just what we wanted we could never be more happy about what we got and the price was by far the best in town. i have also used them many of times for sending flowers to people and they always do i great job and give you a lot for the money. they also have the cheapest delivery in town and in nashville. they have cheaper delivery fees to nashville than any florists in nashville or murfreesboro. i would use them over anybody if u need flowers any where around the nashville, murfressboro , or smyrna area you will be very happy with what you get.

I ordered a white and blue baby arrangement in a glass vase with blue tinted water that I saw on their website over the phone. When I visited the new mom and saw what they had delivered from me, I was completely embarassed. It was a skimpy spring flower mix in a cheap looking ceramic baby pot. There was nothing blue and white about that arrangement! I called to express my unhappiness with the flower arrangement since it didn't look like a $40 arrangement at all or what I had ordered and I was told that it was skimpy because the novelty base was $15 by itself and there was only about $20 worth of flowers....ummmm okay but my point is that this is NOT what I ordered and I have just been charged for a skimpy arrangement with a cheap looking pot that looks nothing like an arrangement for a new mom! I was then told that "if you think you are going to get this for free, that's NOT going to happen!" WOW, I have never done business with a place that does not make sure their customers are satisfied! The only option I had was to get it replaced....how rude is that for someone to snatch up an already delivered flower and give them a new one! If anything the new mom should have been able to keep BOTH arrangements, since after all it was the florist that made the mistake!!! I specifically told the young lady taking my order that I wanted the "Welcome Baby Boy" arrangement that was shown at $40 on the website and instead I got some spring flowers with an ugly $15 pot! I was also told that there were questions as to whether this order was right, but I definitely never recieved a phone call to confirm this "questionable" order. All I received was "This is all I can do". Money is hard to come by these days for everyone and when you order something like this you expect to get exactly that or something comparable. I feel robbed and completely embarressed that my manager received a cheap looking plant from her office at the arrival of her baby boy! I will NEVER do business with this florist ever again and I DO NOT recommend this place if you expect to get what you pay for!!! They definitely missed the boat on quality customer service!

This place is so cute. Their shop is neatly decorated and the owners are so nice and friendly. they are a true local business. There arrangements turn out great and there prices are much lower than those of other local florist. The only thing negative i have to say is that there location has no parking besides that i have no complaints.

This is a super Cute place, Very friendly and well decorated. It feels so homey. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. Give it a try. You are sure to like it. It is well located, right in the middle of town. They have worked on the parking a bit in that area, sure to help. Full of color.

This is the best place to get flowes. If you need them for near by murfreesboro or for Nashville then I would use this flower place. They are very dependable and they are very accomidating to your needs.
