Tennessee Medicine & Pediatrics PC

We have been seeing Dr. McCollum for probably 8 years and have never had a problem. He is always courteous and takes his time to make sure all of your questions and concerns are addressed. He cares about the whole person, physically and emotionally. We have also see other doctors in the practice as well as Nurse Practitioners and have been satisfied with all.

This doctors office was once a very good group of doctors to see. The past couple of years Dr. McCollum and Dr. Perkin's have become very rude and arrogant with their patents. Dr McCollum had trouble diagnosing common problems which another doctor had no trouble diagnosing and treating. He always seems to be in such a hurry with a large percentage of appointments being canceled and having to be rescheduled. Nurse do most of the work at Tennessee Med. and Ped. and it's very hard to even get into see a doctor or talk with a doctor. My family as well as myself were insulted, laughed at and disrespected on several occasions. There are many poor reviews on the web on this group, hello?

This is a wonderful doctor for anyone that is one day old until they are 150 years old! Everyone at this office is nice and caring. They have the ability to listen to you and not just hear what you are saying. I have seen them for an anexity disorder and they have treated me like they are fixing my illness and not me. I have been really satisified with the improvement that I have seen in myself while under their care.
