I have used this plumbing company twice--and both times were for leaks underneath the floor because of broken pipes.
When I called dispatch, she explained on both occasions that all of the plumbers were out on call and there might be a short delay before a plumber could arrive at my house.
They always called and told me that they were on the way. Upon arrival, I explained where the leak was, the plumber went to the site, returned and explained what was wrong, and then wrote an estimate. On one occasion, the total bill was just over $200, for a job that took a couple of hours work (with two plumbers) as well as new pipe and other parts.
On the second occasion, we were quoted a price just over $100, but after the repair was done the plumber said that it didn't take as long as he thought, so the charge would be reduced to $77.
On both occasions, I received written warranties for the work. I would definitely use their services again. On both occasions tthe plumber was friendly and explained the situation in detail.

They just recently opened an office in the Greeneville area. I called them because their ad in the yellow pages said they would come out within an hour. It was almost two hours then it took them another 2 to do the job. The amount of time for the job was fine but the dispatch lady told me that they charge a fee of $60 just to come out BUT if I used them that they would waive the $60 fee. The 'plumber' told me that the job was going to cost me almost $300!!!!! Just to unclog a toilet and replace the wax ring!!! I had a $30 phone coupon (from the dispatcher) and thsat made it $270. Well I went downstairs to watch and he told me I would be in the way that I couldn't watch! I have NEVER been asked to leave when a repairman was in MY house! I was a bit suspicious then!
There was no way I was in the way! About an hour later he shows me these 'roots' that were in my line. they were really tiny and he had just a handful but told me the line was riddled with then. Where were they then? He said he cut them out.....still where were they? My son had been using paper towels for toilet paper and that's what had stopped up the line NOT roots! We had our lines rotor rootered three years ago! He is trying to tell me we need our MAIN lines replaced! THAT made me even MORE suspicious! I wouldn't let them do it if it needed to be done! Then he writes out this bill and I sign it. I look it over and he had charged me $45 EMERGENCY FEE!!!! It was Friday afternoon NOT a holiday NOT a weekend......and he charges me an emegency fee! I called the dispatcher and asked her what was going on! She called him then came back on the phone and told me she would have to check with her boss that he shouldn't have charged me that fee! Well they called me back 4 days later and supposedly have given me a credit on my credit card but it hasn't shown up yet! I may have to keep on them! And I think that even $225 was WAY too much for what was done!
