I just found out that they pay their groomers commission but not to the bathers while they do twice the amount of dogs that groomers do and a great job. One bather, her name escapes me, even did trimming around the feet and bottoms of paws. also trimmed around her eyes,and always has my dog perfect when I pick her up! I just think that they should offer the bather commission or all of the dogs and money they bring in.

This store is a very nice place to shop. They have good prices and a great selection of products. The location is great and easy to find. Customer service is always good and the employees are knowledgeable about the products.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everytime I go in the employees always go over and beyond my expectations! I have a guinea pig which is very picky about her hay (likes grassy instead of straw), the only ones on the shelf were too much like straw and one of the employees offered to go in back and get another selection which was much appreciated. My guinea loved it! Recently started puppy training - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

PROS: Clean friendly environment
CONS: Frequent shopper, still no coupons!
