Andante is the best place for relaxing and losing the stress and tension that life creates. The rooms offer soothing music, aromatherapy, and low lights. With the facial I received I was covered with thick warm blankets that were heavenly. I've given several gift certificates to friends and they've loved it too!
this is the number one massage place in nashville! get ready to be pampered! They have awesome packages- I loaded up my family members around christmas time and we all went out and got a massage together. it really helped ease the holiday tension that we were feeling. They have many different types of services available= too many to even list. I hope you enjoy going to see them! Well worth the money!
Wow! My girlfriends went in together and gave me a gift certificate to Andante Day Spa for my birthday and it was one of the best presents I have ever received. Immediately upon entering the spa I felt more relaxed. The decor, the aroma, and the soft music were all very inviting. The receptionist was very friendly and the staff made sure I felt comfortable and understood how and when my treatment would be carried out. I chose the "Mini Andante Day" with the Swedish massage and the body polish. It was the best massage I had ever had and the polish was very refreshing. I plan on going back real soon!
I just moved to Nashville last week from Beverly Hills, CA. After a 4 months moving process of packing, hauling, lugging, driving and unpacking, I needed some major R&R and pampering. \r
Based on other reviews, I bet on Andante Day Spa to be my place and boy did they deliver. I can't say enough of how pleasantly surprised I was - coming from Los Angeles, having been to some of the top spas in the nation, I had my reservations, but this is certainly Nashville's Promise Land. I described it to my hubby as a ""Burke Williams on a smaller scale."" (Google them if you want to see what I'm talking about).\r
The ambiance is so inviting, clean and warm. The instant I finished my paperwork, Jacqueline was greeting me with a huge smile and a glass of ice water. She guided me to the locker room where I safetly stowed my posessions and changed into a yummy robe and sandals. First was my facial - heaven. Moving is very stressful and brings the less healthy food, so I needed some major cleansing. The greatest thing was Jacqueline quietly educated me every step of the way so I understood what she was doing and how to continue the cleansing routine once I was home. She made sure to write all suggestions down for me so I could remember after my brain went to jelly from relaxation. She is a doll and the most genuine professional.\r
Next was my swedish massage with Tanithia. The woman has magic hands and skills straight from God himself. She refilled my water as she listened to all my concerns and list of pains and addressed each one carefully and instensely. It was the perfect combination of kneeding and working pressure and total relaxation. I definately had the ""massage drunkeness"" afterwards. Afterwards, she greeted me with more water (hydration is very important during these treatments!) and took me back to Jacqueline for some waxing and reapplication of sunscreen and moisturizer. She wanted to wait after my massage since I would wipe it off laying on the bed face craddle. Genius lady.\r
Everyone in the establishment was so welcoming and personal. I felt so safe and tucked away from reality. I appreciate how attentive every lady was to me. This place is a haven and a goldmind in my eyes. So close to me and easy to get to. I can't wait to book my next appointment. I feel a mani/pedi in my future.\r
PS - before you go, look on their website for monthly specials. I meant to mention the March Madness special but totally forgot when I was checking out. Could've gotten $10-$15 dollars off. Erg. Stupid Massage Drunkeness.
I treated myself to a wonderful morning at Andante Day Spa - Nashville, TN. I enjoyed the Sauna Treatment, Swedish Massage and Aromatherapy Body Polish. The experience left me feeling like a new woman. I was welcomed , pampered and taken great care of from the moment I entered the door. The lady who applied the Aromatherapy Body Polish was a delightful. *Tanithia's massage* was wonderful and she was attentive to the detailed information about my body. What a team of professionals!!! I will be scheduling the services again and I will be requesting the same ladies. Thank you all
My fabulous husband gave me a swedish massage & express facial as an anniversary gift while I was in Nashville (I live in Kansas City.) Oh my goodness, it was fantastic! Tanithia's massage was right on the money. She took the time to work on my trouble areas instead of treating me like every other customer who may have different needs. My time with her was very relaxing, pleasant, and enjoyable. A couple of the spots were *slightly* uncomfortable in the process, but I knew it was for long-term good. I left feeling like Gumby in a puddle! I do not have a sore muscle or tweak anywhere in my body!!! That experience was followed by a fantastic facial from Jacqueline. Once again, I melted into heaven for a few minutes. My skin feels better than it has in years (it's like butta!)
I couldn't find the place to write a review for Anita Allen, who does the manicures and pedicures....I believe she is an independent business operating within the building, but I could be wrong.\r
I typically go to Green Hills, Signature Spa, for my nails. I don't really like those type of in-out fast places, but they are kind of classy for what it is, and give you a drink. I opt for this over salon manicures becuase they are typically much more expensive.\r
I used a groupon which made it very affordable, but believe I will be back. Her prices are competitive, as far as salon services go, and I was really impressed with the fact that she took it upon herself to assure me of the hygeine of the place. Regular clients have a baggie with their own tools, such as nail files and buffers, to limit the risk of catching something. The only thing that is not exclusively yours are the stainless steel tools, which are clearly in a disinfectant solution (barbacide? it's the blue stuff).\r
The hygeine factor has always made me want to go to a real salon, as I question how scrupulously clean the baths/tools are in these other type of shops. \r
I also noticed that the tips of my normally thin flaky nails were somehow thickened up, almost like a very, very fine overlay. I used to get acrylic overlay to harden my nails and make them perfect, but that was only slightly better than actual glue, in terms of causing flaking. \r
When I emailed her my thanks, I noted that I loved whatever she did. She emailed back to say that she forgot to mention not to pull out the fill at the end of my nails, as it keeps the polish intact indefinetely longer. Upon inspection, I do see there is an almost invisible line of something clear that not only makes my nails perfectly hard, but is coating the nail to make chipping less likely. \r
Also, while this should be standard practice, it is worth noting that she knows how to use her tools. I was not hurt once with the clippers and my cuticles look great. This does not, however, suprise me. I had to make my appointment to make sure mine and LEANN RIMES before me did not conflict. She was getting fresh paint for the CMA's.\r
Just wanted to note that I will be back and recommend her. I don't normally do reviews, but, researching the groupon, I saw a review that was not really favorable for nails. Perhaps that was a different nail tech, but I am extremely happy with my results. \r
P.S. - She sent me away with a goodie back with a piece of chocolate and a little keychain flashlight. Love it.
All I can say is that this is a great escape! The staff is so professional and accomodating. I look forward to Tanithia's massage! She listens to your requests and delivers! I will definitely be going back!
this place truly makes you feel at home in your castle. the staff is friendly beyond words. you feel welcomed from the moment you make your appointment till the goodbyes. a wonderful, WONDERFUL place to pamper yourself...DO IT!
Pros: incredible staff/relaxing/friendly
I was given a ""spa day"" as a birthday present and definitely enjoyed my time at Andante. In addition to a massage, mani and pedi, I was also given some time in the sauna which was (to my pleasant surprise) actually located outside right off of their lovely courtyard.
The atmosphere at Andante is very relaxing and everyone there definitely takes your needs into consideration, offering drinks and making sure you feel comfortable.
To begin with, I loved my massage. The massage therapist made me feel very comfortable and I definitely fell asleep a time or two. I would highly recommend any of their massage services (and in fact already have!)
I was not as impressed with their nail services though. I've received pedicures at many many different salons and while the nail specialist did a great job on the actual shaping and painting of my toe nails, the massage and foot soaking before felt rushed.I don't think I'll be returning there for a pedicure. I've also never had a pedicure without the hot towel wrap but I think they offer that for a higher price.
The manicure I received was my first and it was nice but at the end of the day my polish was already starting to show signs of wear, including bubbling underneath the polish. By the next day it was flaking off so I just removed it while at work. It was a little disappointing but I've never had a manicure before because I don't like my hands, so it didn't upset me too much.
Overall, I loved my experience at Andante and they truly made me feel like I was a top priority. I would recommend their massage services but if you were just looking for a nice place to get a mani/pedi I think there are better options in the Nashville area.
Pros: massage, privacy
Cons: mediocre nail services
Jacqueline Peek, esthetician, gave me a wonderful facial. It was very relaxing and informative. I was actually happy that she didn't painfully begin squeezing pores, as her touch was very soothing and it included a bit of a facial massage. The products felt great and I especially loved the steaming towel that she wrapped around my face, for each treatment she cleaned off. I almost fell asleep. I would recommend her - very knowledgeable in her field.
Pros: Very relaxing, very informative
Cons: none that I can think of
If anybody is looking for a spa this is your place! First off I love the people here! The front desk is so polite when I call and they always try to accomodate the times I need. I also wanted to mention how awsome Angie is! I started going to her for my facial waxing and she is amazing. She is very careful with my skin and is concerned with the care of my skin. She has given me tips on how to take care of the discoloration in my skin. One example of how great this place is: the other day I had an appt @ 1:15 but something came up the night before and I needed to get in earlier but the spa was already closed by the time the emergency came up. I went into the spa when it opened and ask if i could get in sooner. They called Angie and she said she was on her way. She got me in before her first appt. The best part was that she took her time and did not even rush me through. I love this place!!!
I love facials and massages, but I haven't been able to commit to a spa during the six years I've lived in Nashville. After going to Andante today, my search is over!
From the moment I called to make the appointment, I had a good feeling; the voice on the line was so friendly and attentive. This same warmth and personality exists at the salon itself. The staff members are professional, but they also have personality and are incredibly friendly. My aesthetician, Angie, was wonderful! Not only was she conscious of my sensitive skin, but she created the perfect experience where I could let go of stress and just focus on releasing tension and enjoying my treatments.
I will definitely be back at Andante. I will definitely be recommending it to every one of my friends. And I have no qualms about recommending it to you!
Pros: fantastic staff, relaxing ambience, reasonable prices
Cons: can't think of a thing!
I went to Andante for my first Brazillian wax. I was extremely anxious but Angie put me at ease immediately. She was so easy going and made me comfortable with what is a less than comfortable situation. I left the first time feeling sure that I would be back regularly. When I called to schedule my second session, I had no problems whatsoever getting in. I was so confident with Angie's services that I decided to schedule a microdermabrasion. I received a call one day prior to my appointment stating that my appointment was accidentally scheduled on a day that Angie did not work. When I asked if anyone else was available at that time I was told no. When I tried to reschedule, every date that I suggested there was no appointment available. I ended up telling them to just cancel the appointment and the person on the phone acted as if that was my problem, not theirs. When I called a few weeks later to schedule another waxing appointment , again, every date I asked for I was told Angie was unavailable. There was no effort to accomodate me with another person or to suggest a time she might be available. While I have found Angie to be delightful, I have found that the front desk staff has been deplorable. As much as I adore Angie I have not been back.
Pros: Angie is amazing
Cons: Interacting with the front desk is a nightmare
So I have to preface this review with some personal info. \r
Firstly - I have extremely sensitive skin. I also have the double ""blessing"" that it is also problem skin. I am a Latina with olive skin tone and so my sensitive problematic skin also has a tendency to scar after breakouts or rough handling. Lucky me!\r
Secondly- My view of facials is that it is a necessary evil. Why evil? My skin gets very easily congested and so extractions are a must to keep my skin clear and healthy - but extractions HURT! \r
So while the rest of the world gets to think of a facial as a pampering, relaxing experience full of herbs and steam and soothing masks....I get to look forward to it the way I look forward to a dental visit. I also get to look forward to exiting the spa with my face lloking like a red and swollen mess. Very embarassing!\r
Enter my review of Andante Spa and Angelia.\r
This was the very best facial experience I ever had. The spa itself was clean and quiet and soothing...all the regular spa features. I was greeted and offered a beverage. My choice was water. I was offered lemon or cucumber slice with it. I chose cucumber. Angie later informed me the cukes were from her mom's garden.\r
The facial itself was a standard European facial with a cleansing, steam, massage, extractions and mask. It was all done very thoroughly and best of all painlessly. (though I must note I took a couple of Advil before hand as I always do to combat pain and swelling - yes they're always that bad!)\r
The raving review is really about Angie. I have never ever ever in my facial history felt so at ease and so comforatble with an aesthetician. I have had facials in New York, San Francisco, Jersey, etc. etc. While I have my favorite (Mario Badescu in NYC) I have to still say that Angie is above and beyond any aesthetician in personality and her approach to her customer.\r
Where many aesths have made me feel guilty about the condition of my skin or made me feel like I had the worst skin in the world or huffed and puffed about how many extractions they had to do or huffed and puffed as if the senitivity of my skin was a character flaw in me...Angie did all the opposite. She did not force a blemish or congestion if it did not want to come out. This resulted in less redness and swelling and pain for me. Her approach to the extractions was a ""us against them"" attitude. She gave me tips on how to cleanse and how to moisturize. And lastly she never ever ever pushed product - which was a huge plus as other spas urge their workers to do this and generally they get you while you are in a very vulnerable position.\r
I am 100% confident that regular visits with Angie would result in great skin.\r
My only con? I'm moving! That makes the experience at Andante Spa and with Angie very bittersweet! But to all the other Nashvillians out there...take advantage!!!
Cons: I'm moving!
I had a facial with Jacqueline and really loved it. The location is fantastic and unpretentious, located just beyond a strip of antique stores.
Jacquenline has a thorough understanding of skin wellness. She coached me on which foods and products would be right for my skin. She also gave me tips on what not to do. Within one week my skin went from broken-out to clear.
If you are looking for the best of all worlds- price, product and knowledge I would fully recommend Andante. Andante is charming and the staff members were kind. Not to mention I received a follow-up thank you card from Jacquenline about a week later!
Pros: Products, the atmosphere, the people
I have loved Andante since I discovered it. Angie is a teriffic facialist (the products she uses are great), and Lori is an exceptional massage therapist. I'm always made to feel welcome, from the cucubmer iced water on my way in to the person who asks how my service went on my way out.\r
It's honestly just a breath of fresh air. I always leave relaxed. When my mother comes to visit, Andante is always the touchstone of our girls weekend.\r
I absolutely recommend Andante to anyone looking for a quick but relaxing spa experience.
Pros: Quiet environment, very personal, unique products
Cons: Closed on Mondays!
I first found Andante about a year ago or a little more. \r
Jacqueline is the only aesthetician I've seen there, and I won't go to any other spas after finding her. She is tremendous!! Her attention to detail and making sure you are happy with, and understand, your treatment, are quite unique. She has such positive energy yet it does not sap or take away your relaxing experience.\r
I have had the facial, brow wax, bikini wax, and the mini-spa experience with massage and sauna + body scrub. The massage was lovely but more of a relaxation rather than deep-tissue massage (and I am terrible with names, the masseuse was excellent). \r
It is never a problem to get in for an appointment or to check in or out; the front desk folks are professional and courteous. Other places seem rather pretentious or cold, but the staff at Andante are laidback and clearly enjoy what they do. I like the fact that I don't feel any pressure to buy products, as at other places I've had treatments previously.\r
Overall, an outstanding and relatively affordable luxury.
Pros: Positive energy: highly skilled, professional staff
Cons: I want to go too much
I have had the most wonderful experience getting a facial by Jacqueline at Andante Day Spa. I have had breakouts in the same areas and then dryness in other areas over the years and never understood why. I tried everything I knew to help my skin and just couldn't seem to find ""that healthy glow"". She took the time to educate me and help me with these areas of concern which was PRICELESS. Her knowledge of the skin and ""magical touch"" set a new standard for facials. I won't go any where else! For an exceptional facial Jacqueline is the one and Andante Day Spa is THE PLACE!!!
Pros: I was taught about my skin and how to care for it.
Cons: Didn't want to leave.
I scheduled a last minute appointment for a spray tan, and they were so accommodating, making sure to fit me in. It was my first time getting a spray tan, and Ivana made sure to alleviate all my fears. She made the whole process very comfortable and made sure to talk through everything beforehand. I would recommend her for any event you may have. Overall GREAT experience!
My first introduction to Andante day spa was during a ladies retreat. And all I can say is Wow! I had some incredible treatments but the facial with aromatherapy was off the charts!! This was my first facial and it felt like heaven. So I was hooked! I decided to have my 40th birthday party because I wanted something special and unforgettable. ANDANTE did not disappoint. I had a mineral soak, man/ped, massage, facial and body polish...I had an incredible time and had to visit again for the body polish...You must meet the owner YVONNE PATE....... She is dynamic, spiritual and passionate about delivering the ultimate spa experience. She makes you feel like you are one of the most important people on this planet in her spa. Did I also mention she brings you fresh baked chocolate cookies?? All I can say is GO-GO-GO to ANDANTE!!
Pros: The owner and staff are fantastic!!
My girlfriends and I went to Nashville for a fun weekend and spent part of a day at Andante. We had a WONDERFUL time! The staff is friendly, professional, and very skilled. We had massages, pedicures, facials and body polishing. All were excellent. Yvonne has made Andante a fabulous place to relax and pamper yourself. We even arranged for lunch to be brought in since we were there for multiple treatments. We've been to different spas and we really like the personal service at Andante and how they take such good care of the clients. The best part: no trying to sell products...truly a relaxing and pleasant experience. Thanks, Yvonne!
Pros: Skill of staff
Cons: Our appointments were a bit disorganized
I highly recommend this spa. The environment was clean and relaxing. My daughter had a spray tan service done and we cant wait to take her back. The staff was courteous and professional. I hope you make it one of your stops while in Nashville TN.\r
Pros: Easy to get to
I scheduled a bikini wax at this spa and was a little nervous since it was my first visit. The staff was so nice and very professional. Angie made me feel really comfortable and done a great job. I will definitely be visiting this spa again.
Pros: Professional Staff
I got a spray tan before my wedding, and Yvonne was awesome. She made me feel completely comfortable (even when I had no clothes on) and talked with me about different options that would be good for me based on my coloring, dress style, etc. I felt like a celebrity or something. I went to her 2 days before the wedding to get sprayed. The next morning (the day before the wedding) when I woke, I felt like my tan had faded significantly- I called Yvonne in a panic and she told me to come in and she'd take care of it - at no charge. I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding soon, and I will definitely go back to her!
My first visit to this spa was a relaxing one. This was also my first full body massage and it was a great experience. The spa is clean and the location is great. I highly recommend this spa and I will definitely return in the future.
Pros: Ambience and Service
Cons: Wish the couples massage was in the same room
I had a great spa experience and the staff was top notch. A GREAT mini vacation for the afternoon. I will be returning soon for the same massage services and maybe even other offers they have.
Pros: Stress free environment and very professional staff
I have been to many spas. This was the worst experience I have ever had. I was left in the ""tranquilty"" room for an hour waiting for my massage appt. I arrived at 10:50 (as requested) and waited until 11:30 to get my first service. They escorted me to the sauna (since they had no room for me) and returned to take me to my facial (which was wonderful- if you do decide to go, Lenise was great). After my facial, they did feel bad that I was waiting because they gave me a brow wax (on the house) and then left me for another 30 minutes with no one returning--- I was just sitting there not knowing what to do and feeling invisible. I finally went to get my things and left. The owner who checked me out, knowing i did not receive my service- smiled at me and reminded me of the time limit I had left on my gift certificate. My massage appointment was supposed to be at 12:30 and I left at 1:30- with no massage. Bottom line, if you want to be pampered and feel special-- DO NOT GO HERE. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: Lenise, she was very informative on skin care
Cons: Service- this place will not make you feel special
It was my first visit and my husband had purchased me a gift certficate so I was looking forward to my appointment. The person who scheduled my appointment by phone had asked me to arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I arrived 5 minutes early and filled out the paperwork in the waiting area. 20 minutes later I still hadn't been serviced. I had to ask the person at the front desk how much longer it would be. They said they had a wedding party and were running late. I wouldn't be seen until 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. When I said they should have called to let me know they said they do normally call when they're running late and apologized. It was very disappointing for a first experience--I left and haven't rescheduled yet. Hopefully if I do it will be a good experience.
Andante Day Spa is the definition of service. If you have ever wanted to treat yourself, this would be the place to do it. The staff is personal and attentive without being intrusive, your every whim is immediately met without question, and the pricing is incredibly affordable! I am a very satisfied customer and I have frequented this establishment several times before writing my review. All of their services are wonderful & I highly reccomend the airbrush tanning. I have never looked so good, and their system is the only one like it in greater Nashville ( I've tried them all ). Take my advice, you won't regret it.........\r
This small spa is a gem. All the staff are very warm and friendly and do their best to pamper you. For the mani/pedi, ask for David-he is the best in town. He'll make your hands and feet look and feel perfect. My husband says the massage from Melina is the best he's had in years. We're clients for life!
Pros: cosy, personal and friendly attention
I've passed this spa a hundred times and never gave it a second thought; I'd never heard anyone say anything about it. It's in a cute old house on a side street off 8th Ave. It looks small and quaint but, inside, the rooms are spacious (not the usual closet-sized rooms) and very nicely appointed -- cozy but crisp, clean and bright. And, the services (massage, brow wax and facial) are BY FAR the best I've had anywhere. Rhonda, my masseuse, was fabulous, and the owner of the spa is the nicest lady! (She made such a good impression on my husband that when I came home, he even asked me if I'd had a chance to met her.) Listening to other customers while I was there, I now understand that this is a hidden gem with a very loyal and long-time following. I consider myself in that group now! They also seem to have openings when other spas are booked up, too, so give them a try.
I took my boyfriend for a birthday surprise while in town from NC. What a great treat! I had a massage while he had the facial. We both thought the service was excellent and would go back often if we lived in Nashville.
Getting pampered at Andante is always a wonderful experience! I have had many massages around Nashville, but none that measure up to Rhonda at Andante. She is fantastic and allows you to simply lie back and enjoy your massage without feeling obligated to keep a conversation going. I highly recommend her and any service at Andante! Also their gift certificates are sure to please anyone!
This was my first visit to a day spa and I was greated very warm. My 1st appointment was a massage, it was really great! I just wish I had my full hour, I was running a little late and they stay on their schedule, not yours....so I only had a 40 minute massage instead of an hour. I was disappointed about that, but I do understand their delima regarding time. Next I had the Ahhhdante Experience....I really enjoyed the parrifan experience, however the guy that performed my manicure and pedicure, really didn't do a good job. I have had much better manicures and pedicures elsewhere. However the massage experience was excellant!
Pros: Great Massage, Average pricing, Timely
Cons: 1 hour starts at appt, mediocre manicure, mediocre pedicure
I visit Andante regularly for a chin and brow waxing. Excellent service, the staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is great.
Pros: No waiting period., Convenient, Affordable
My friends and I received the best treatment and treatments at Adante. My massage was amazing and Meline, the masseuse, was top-notch. I would consider moving to Nashville to be closer this spa!
I had the pleasure of experiencing the ""Ahhhdante Experience"" and it was wonderful. This was my first visit to Andante, but it will definitely not be my last. Every chance I get, I put in a good word about this spa. David is a godsend and I would tell anyone to ask for him, because he is very skilled at what he does.
Andante ROCKS! The atmosphere and staff exceed your expectations! I've been getting massages for years and I can truthfully say I've had the best massages at Andante! I was there last month and I'm going this weekend. You must go!
My sister decided to have her Bridesmaid luncheon at Andante Day Spa and treat all of the wedding party to mini mani's and pedi's. The atmosphere is very pleasant, we were allowed to bring in our own food and drink. We sat drinking mimosa's getting pampered on an otherwise stressful day, we had a blast. We were even welcomed to sit around folding the last minute programs for the wedding.
Pros: Beautiful, Friendly, Affordable
The atmosphere of this spa is very relaxing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I spent an entire afternoon there and left renewed! The staff gives you control over the pace of how quickly you want to move between services. I definitely felt like I was their only client - their attention to detail - impeccable!
My best friend & I celebrated our 30yr of friendship by spoiling ourselves. Her kids gave her a gift certificate to Adante, so we decide to go there. This place is simply WONDERFUL! You get a warm, fuzzy, relaxing feel as soon as you walk in, only to be topped off by the most wonderful massage experience ever!
Pros: Friendly, Professional, Priced right
I just had a hour massage and a pedicure. I found the spa to have a relaxing atmosphere, great decor and the massage and pedicure were fantastic! I found the prices to be very reasonable and the staff was very attentive and professional. There was no pressure to upgrade services. We booked late, but had no problems getting in. The staff was able to accomadate our last minute requests. I would definately recommend!
Pros: Good value, attentive staff, relaxing atmosphere.
I am visiting from Las Vegas NV where spas outdo themselves. But now I can say that one of the best spas I have visited is located right here in Nashville TN. You don't want to pass this one up!!!! Friendly staff, Great Prices, Beautiful relaxing, peaceful and filled with staff that put you in heaven. ""I'LL BE BACK""
Thank you for fitting us in for the pleasure trip.
Pros: Great price points, Beautiful retreat, Positive staff
I am a repeat customer! I met the owner at a Women's Show a few years ago prior to becoming a customer and she is such a sweet person. The atmosphere at the spa is wonderful. I even convinced my boss to send some of us there as a token of appreciation. We all enjoyed the day of relaxation! I have enjoyed working with the owner so much, I had an outing there the day before my wedding! Quaint & Relaxing!
Pros: Friendly Staff!, Good Value for $
My interaction with Yvonne has been nothing but pleasurable. She is such a sweet lady and I am sure she and her staff will take great care of you!
Pros: Great People!
When I called to confirm my appointments the front desk staff said they had no record of me in their books. The second time I made appointments I again called a few days before to confirm and this time they had me down for the wrong services. To top it off, the massage therapist did not give me the full 50 minute body polish that I paid for and my ""hour"" massage was not an hour either.
