My wifte and I had purchased to flat screen tv's in September of 2008 when we moved into our new house. One was a 50 inch Samsung plasma and the other a 42 inch LCD. The LCD went in March of this year, the tv was only 2.5 years old. I went to Samsung's website to look for a repair shop. Gabe's Electronics was one of the repair shops listed in Hermitage Tn. They explained that is a $50 charge to look at the tv and if we decided to repair it that $50 would go toward the repair.

I took the tv last Tuesday May 31, 2011, he said after a few days they would call me with the diagnosis. They called me this morning to let me know about the diagnosis and that there was a known problem with some components in the tv's power supply so they took the initiative and talked the language with Samsung and Samsung will be paying for the repair. For me that is customer service, instead of telling me that they could fix it but I would have to Samsung to see if they would cover the repair because of faulty compnents, Gabes Electronics went ahead and did the repair and handled the deal with Samsung,

I would recommed them to anyone for tv repair, really a nice bunch of folks.

i have a 47" toshiba older model, not exactly sure about the details, we got it at uhaul, where me work, the people left it and with stand and remote. We knew it was going to need some repairs so we hooked it up see exactly what was wrong with it to mechanics. After having it for a month we knew it needed taking to be fixed and using city search we decided upon Gabes for the better reviews. It took them a little over a week to order the part and have it fixed, but it works like brand new and having only paid around $290 out of pocket compared to the price of a brand new 47" i believe we came out ahead. The technicians were curtious and even helped me get it out of my vehicle when i arrived, I had to call them once to see if they had diagnosed my tv yet but other than that they were very efficient and timely. I give them two thumbs up! :)

After having it for a month we knew it needed taking to be fixed and using city search we decided upon Gabes for the better reviews. It took them a little over a week to order the part and have it fixed, but it works like brand new and having only paid around $290 out of pocket compared to the price of a brand new 47" i believe we came out ahead. The technicians were curtious and even helped me get it out of my vehicle when i arrived, I had to call them once to see if they had diagnosed my tv yet but other than that they were very efficient and timely. I give them two thumbs up! :)
