Glenda colored my hair and I am a fist timer with aveda and it turned out great. I also had a pedicure and a massage. All staff were very professional and the price was what I would have expected at most other day spas. I deff recommend this spa is top notch.

I have had excellent experiences at this salon. The staff is competent, prompt, courteous and I have encountered no price gouging. I have never had a $75.00 wax - they are usually no higher than most. I would pay a little more for there because they are clean and proper handling of the solutions and equipment is observed ( I am in medicine and notice these things.) My colorist is excellent, and I have a different person who does my cut without any problems. I love the Aveeda products.

Im sorry to hear of these clients(ex) that were treated so poorly! Unfortunately, results also treats their employees no better! I have worked with 3 people in the past who used to work there and 2 of them said they worked there for over 3 mos. and never saw a paycheck! The other person said that it was very routine to charge customers by basing it on if they looked like they could afford more!! Talk about wrong! And for the woman who paid $75 for an eyebrow wax, how ludicrous! You can get 6 waxings for that! this spa needs to be closed down as they clearly do not demonstrate customer service or staff appreciation!!

I would give them a lower rating if it was possible. I have been going to this Spa for almost a year now. At first Kelli seemed to know what she was doing as my own coloring had left my blond roots reddish. She did get rid of the red roots, but from that point on something happened. My color never lasted more than a week and she always insisted on cutting my hair telling me it was in really bad shape. I always had dark roots walking out of the salon after she did my hair. I had worn my hair short for most of the past ten or more years and wanted it to grow. The highlights seemed to turn all blond.

This last time she really ruined my hair. She did put in low lights but once again insisted on cutting my hair. I had new contacts in and was unaware of how much she was cutting. She cut these horrible layers and now I can't do anything with it at all! It will be months until it grows out. She took a photo of me with my cell phone so I have proof of how horrible it really was.

When I got home I called her and told her how unhappy I was. I have also written several e mails through their web site and they have not contacted me at all, so I contacted Aveda Corporate and was told they would get them to call me. They have not called. Aveda does not stand behind their salons and say they are owned individually. That is a cop out.

I spent more than $200 there that day and I deserve better. This is a horrible way to treat your clients. I tip well and have always been nice to these people.

I would highly suggest that if you want to keep your hair, please go somewhere else as they have ruined mine.

I expect a "spa" to treat you like you at least matter, and to be courteous. I found none of this at results.
