My son attends this school and I'm not very impressed with the 6th grade teachers. They let a situation get out of hand that could've been resolved with a phone call. They do NOT communicate with parents very well but talk amongst each other with no problem. The principal is great and works hard to resolve any conflict in a timely manner; the teachers could use a lesson from their boss.

PROS: Good school
CONS: Lack communication skills

My son enjoys attending this school. It is for grades 5-8. The teachers are good teachers and are great about keeping in touch with you. When you get in seventh grade you can play sports there. They have a soccer team and a basketball team.

The state department of education has not identified this school as one that is in need of improvement on the No Child Left Behind program. So that is good that they are where they should be. There are approximately 700 students in this school.

PROS: good teachers, sports
CONS: wish it were closer to my home
