Country Oaks Apartments

Be careful of the management at this place. I applied for an apartment and was put on the waiting list. I had to pay $150 and was told that $100 was refundable if they did not find me a place. However, when they did not find one in the time period I had applied for the management informed me that they do not refund the community fee at all. Very shady business practices.

Country Oaks is in a great location with decent apartments. These apartments are located in the middle of Knoxville, allowing for a quick trip to both campus/downtown and also west knoxville. The apartments are great for a family starting out or a college student getting out of the dorms.

PROS: great location, nice people, wide selection of apartment
CONS: apartments are a little aged.
