Sonic is a little chain drive-in restaurant that serves 50's style food like burgers and tater tots, footlong chili dogs and such. Their real specialty is drinks, though. My personal favorite is the cherry limeade- 44 ozs. of real fruit juices, with at least half a lime and a maraschino cherry. My husband, being infinitely more adventurous, recently had an apple juice slushy with lime and chocolate. Yes, you read that correctly. They actually made it and he really drank it. They have a great deal of flavors and they'll let you combine them to your heart's content. The bad news is that the food is only passable. Burgers are rather limp, the chicken is rubbery and the onion rings are tasteless. Also, the service tends to be on the slow side.
