I don't understand why anyone would ever complain about the services received at this school. I have taken my whole family, and recommended most of my friends to visit this school and no one has ever had a complaint. As far as I know they are still going there for cuts, color, perms and manicures. Anyone who would go to a school for price reduced services and then have the nerve to complain about it need to go to the professional Salons. By the way, I have sat and watched the students there correct some of the Salon color mistakes and that client said that they would not go back to their Salon. Keep up the good work!!!
Remember you can't please everyone and some people you can never please...

My children and I all got our hair cut here. The Ladies there are AWESOME! My cosmotologist was a seasoned TN girl and my daughters was a new girl from Florida that was very nervous but she did a Great job. My son got his hair cut also and the barber took a long time on him but it still turned out Great!

Here's the real deal: Don't ever go to this salon if you want to color your hair! They were unprofessional, incompetent, and left me with an ugly head of hair twice.\r\n\r\nI had two terrible experiences, one after another.\r\n\r\nThe first time, I went in to get my roots touched up and highlights. When I left, it honestly looked like I hadn't done anything to it all. Roots still present, hair still brassy. I asked about it, and they girl said ""it will all blend when it dries."" I left with a wet head only to discover that it never blended. It looked the same as when I came in! Since I had paid $60ish dollars (including tip), I wanted it redone. BTW- an instructor never checked the student's work.\r\n\r\nSecond bad experience: I called and requested that it be redone. I had a lengthy discussion with one of the instructors about what I wanted. She asked me if I wanted platinum blond. I clearly said ""no."" We finally agreed on ""a little lighter than my natural dark blond as a base color and some lighter blond highlights."" Four hours later, I end up with bleach blond hair that was more or less all one big monotone white mess with yellow roots. It was like they heard what I said and did what they wanted to regardless of my wishes. I was devastated since I have an important job interview in a few days.\r\n\r\nI would color over it, except my hair is so damaged from the bleach (which they never told me they were using), that I was advised by the stylist to wait ""at least a month"" to apply new color. When I came in, my hair was soft and supple. Now it feels like straw. I explicitly told the salon that I was not happy, that the color was nothing like we agreed on, I had already spent $60, and I was going to have to redo it.\r\n\r\nAnd here is the kicker: I had to pay yet again for the second mess they did! \r\n\r\nI hope you don't have to learn the hard way. Go somewhere else.
