I contacted this venue to request a tour of the facility for a possible wedding. Ms. Little responded and we set up a meeting immediately. We toured the facility and a few days later, we decided to book with them. I contacted Ms. Little several times to ask about available dates and informed her we were ready to book a date. After several e-mails and phone messages, she never responded to me. Finally, I contacted her on her personal cell phone. She did respond that day with available dates. I got back with her immediately and told her the date we were interested in and asked her to send me the contract information. She never got back with me. I stressed about this for weeks. I didn't know if I should move on and find another venue or if I should just wait on her to get back with me. I wasted time that I could have spent planning my wedding by waiting on her. I finally got the hint that they didn't want the business and I moved on. I never heard from them again. I asked around and talked to other people who told me they had similar experiences and the rumor was that this place only wanted to do enough wedding to pay for some remodeling. I toured many venues and met with many vendors during my wedding planning experience, but this was by far the most unprofessional experience and most frustrating. Do not use them. Even if they do call you book and book with you, there is no guarantee that they won't decide to shut down the place for weddings long after you book a date.

We had our wedding date set and met with Mrs Little one time when our in-laws were in town. It seemed as if she had forgotten that we were supposed to be there, but she proceeded with us as clients. We had ALOT of trouble getting her to respond to emails and phone calls. With having to plan on family coming in from up North and South America, we needed to get the details ironed out. She lacked the responsibility to run this business. We even drove down to the site to try and find her, but as usual, nobody was at the facitlity. We finally got a response from an email that we had sent explaining to her that we at least expect phone calls to be returned after several messages and she told us that we needed to find another venue - 5 months before our wedding. The venue that we are using, has had numerous couples go through the same experience we had and felt they were treated very unprofessionally by Mrs Little. The facility is beautiful and it really is sad that the business can not be run professionally - I would not recommend that you waste your time with this company, they obviously do not know how to run a business.
