I looked at several companies for a new liner. Advantage had the best price and the best customer service. The liner went in beautifully and ahead of schedule. Professional and helpful office staff as well as technicians and they deliver on promises. I have tried other pool companies but will not be leaving Advantage. They are the best in the business.

If you want a truly professional job at very reasonable prices, contact these folks. We replaced our liner 7 years ago and were not happy with the service. We opted for Advantage Pools this time around and received far more than we expected. Highly trained and knowledgeable staff. Superb customer service. Provides sound and seasoned advice. Made sure our liner was custom fitted and DOES NOT require liner lock. Just talk with these good folks and you will have complete confidence. We are very pleased. Our pool looks almost brand new!!!!

All of the employees from Advantage Pool & Spa are very professional. I don't believe that I could have learned all of the aspects of pool maintenance without Adam and his staff.\n\nWorking with Advantage Pool & Spa has allowed me to escape the pool maintenance horror stories that friends related to me over the years. With Adam guiding me to the proper equipment I needed to create a low maintenance salt water pool, I could not be happier. As for maintenance, Adam and his staff make it a non-issue.\n\nI am forfunate to have found Adam and Advantage Pool & Spa.

Horrible service, Play games with you. Works out of their home, don't have a real store front, bogus people. RUN!! HIDE!! Don't use they as they are totally worthless.\n\nThey wont answer phone, wont come to home when called, overall they are about the worst place to go for ANY Pool service.

I needed a starter course in pool management. Adam was there within an hour of calling in! He spent about 1 hour explaining the pump, vacuum, light and even set up the timers. \n After all that he did not want a payment! Where have you seen this??? His estimates for monthly pool service etc. seemed very reasonable - I am a fan!\n Best of all - they bring in ANY pool supplies you need - chlorine tablets, nets, etc.. to your home - no need to go a store!

I didnt know this but Sean caught it almost right away! He got me up and running and let me know some things that i could be doing to save money! (something other pool guys had failed to tell me....) Awesome service, great price. Thanks Guys!

I set an appointment for 5:30 pm and nobody showed up or called to re-schedule. My husband stayed at home to meet the service person instead of going to our sons t-ball award party. I called and left a message and complaint. The next day a service person called to re-schedule and tell me how sorry and embarrassed he was. We re-scheduled for 6:30 pm that same night. 6:30 came and went. At 8:00 I put my kids to bed. When I came down stairs I saw I had missed a call and had a message. Guess who; the Advantage service man. He called to tell me he was in the neighborhood and could he stop by. I decided I would call them back in the morning. At 8:25pm he showed up at my door waking up my kids ( all 3 of them). I explained to him the importance of keeping an appointment or making a timely phone call to explain the delay. He asked when they could come back and I told him that due to the company's lack of professionalism I was very hesitant to re-schedule. He assured me it would not happen again. I, foolishly, tried again. We set Wednesday or Friday, their choice, at 6:30 pm. Again no call no show. This company must have a lot of money considering this is how a new customer is treated. I will find another pool company and strongly suggest you do the same. This one obviously doesn't need our business.

I can only surmise that the good reviews this company received were from their friends and relatives attempting to make Advantage look good. The proof lies in my GREEN POOL, and the fact that they just don't care as demonstrated by their refusal to even call me, let alone fix my pool.

I called Advantage Pool on Monday June 08, 2009, and talked with Cindy, the owner, to schedule repairs on my pool. She scheduled an a.m. appointment for Tuesday, I called at 1:30 pm, and she said that there was a communication problem, and someone would be there that afternoon. At 4:15p.m., a tech arrived and found the problem but it was to late to get the parts, and he said that they would have someone out here first thing in the morning, I called at 12:30p.m., and they didnt know anything about it, but said they would send someone out. I asked them to call me so that I could meet them. They did, and I said that I was on my way. I passed the service truck on my way in to my house. I called and spoke to Mellissa who was very rude, defensive, and not very customer friendly, she said that they had been waiting for 30 minutes which was not true, and I said that we have been waiting tor 2 days. She didn't want to hear it. She was defensive, rude, and hung up on me. I am in the customer service business, and I would have no business if I treated my customers the way they treated me. They did not communicate that they were not going to be here when they said. Mellissa was very rude, and the tech who came out the first time slammed all the other pool companies in town saying that they have the best service. Who knew. I have wasted 2 days waiting for Advantage, Mellissa does not care, Cindy does not care, and my pool is turning green as I write this. \n

When we needed a pool serviced and our usual provider could not schedule a visit for a week-and-a-half (they are the largest pool service provider in the Memphis area - what is up with that...?), we tried another, supposedly ""Elite"" service who not only never showed up, but stopped returning phone calls. Looking up other services under the Service Magic umbrella, we found Advantage. They were extremely prompt and courteous, and did the work required in a very short time, for what I consider to be a very fair price. Let's hope that ALL Memphis-area businesses pick up on this type of work ethic!

They were extremely prompt and courteous, and did the work required in a very short time, for what I consider to be a very fair price.
