installed the heat & air in my new home, repeatedly told them that there was something wrong since the upstairs was blazing hot and downstairs not so much, owner finally came out and said that there was nothing wrong with it, it was me.

The absolute worst company in the business!!! I did not select them, they were contracted by my builder and hopefully the builder knows to never make the Canon Heating and Air mistake again!!! Poor quality of work that caused numerous problems to my new home. To add insult to injury the customer service was piss poor. Supposed to be a family ran business and trust me you will soon find the apple does not fall far from the tree but one rotten apple definitely spoiled this bunch!! They were rude and never attempted to correct their issues. Even lied to BBB about the problem. To all: It simply isnt worth it!!!! P.S. The only five star review had to be the company trying to make themselves look better. Its the same spill they gave the BBB. Ha!

these guys improperly installed my ac unit 3 times then I figured out they put in a drip pan with a hole in it... too late... water damage in my living room ceiling.\nthen 18 months later the AC unit goes out.\nI experienced the WORST customer service from the owner. If you sold a product with repeated problems and service problems, wouldn't you at least help to make it right? \nCome on William Canon, have some decent customer care. you suck....

I just had William Cannon Heating and Air to my house to service my air condtioning system. They we very professional, prompt, knowlegable, and informative. The Tech eased my concerns due to the recent storm damage. A tree fell on my house and landed on my outside unit. He informed me that this is a family owned business and most of the techs have been there from 10-25 years and that the company was established over 35 years ago. I talked with the owner and she assured me that they would take care of all the issues I had as soon as possible. This is the only heating and air company I will ever use.

This outfit was used by our contractor to install a commercial unit in our building and we found out that they did not complete the installation of the furnace components and put our business in a very precarious and unsafe situation. We called them several times in the summer to fix the air and they charged an arm and a leg for every call but problem was never fixed. Another company was called and discovered that the installation of the unit was not done properly and was not finished. They wondered how we passed code inspection. Do not use this company for anything.

Cons: Did not respond to emergency call created by their shoddy workmanship. (Even failed to put filters in at first!) Unit failed, and THEY DID NOT RESPOND!!!!
